Dave has a great story about going from zero to 25 flips in 13 years all while transitioning from an auto shop owner to Real Estate Investor, then running a successful Real Estate Business. 2016 Dave and Steph were hit with troubling news. Dave was diagnosed with a rare form of lung cancer. As a healthy guy Dave decided to take it on him self to get better, live a healthier life and keep positive.
