Long time friends of California Strength and professional level mixed martial arts trainers come on the show and talk about what it’s like coaching high level fighters. They talk about their thoughts on preparing their elite fighters for war, as well as how we should all take care of ourselves. They go into how CSA became such a mogul and some of their struggles involving the strict quarantine orders in California. These men are quality, and truly put everything they’ve got towards their passion.
Tobe does a ton of body work for California Strength and has been practicing for years. He's worked on many athletes with household names and actively treats a number of men from the San Jose Sharks hockey team. He has a very interesting way of providing treatment and is one of the best healers that I have ever worked with.
Today on the podcast we talk with our good friend Morghan King. Morghan is a strong woman with a powerful personality. She played collegiate soccer and converted to weightlifting after a fairly competitive stint in Crossfit. Morghan talks about how she found Olympic Weightlifting, what it took to make it to the 2016 Olympic Games, and some big changes she’s recently made in her life.

TJ has played football for 4 different colleges and was highly recruited in the transfer portal after this past season at Colorado State. He now finds himself at Texas Christian University, about to start a very exciting senior season as a likely prospect for the NFL. TJ discusses philanthropy, his 4 team collegiate journey, and his passion for training.
In this extremely motivational and inspiring episode, Eric Swoope tells us about his extraordinary athletics career. he talks about the challenges of adapting to a very advanced private High School, earning a spot on Miami University's Basketball Team, and transitioning to a successful NFL career as a tight end. Eric works incredibly hard at optimizing his nutrition and training and truly understands what it takes to compete at the highest level. There are so many takeaways an hopefully you appreciate this conversation as much as Jake and Wes did.
Kiko is a long standing California Strength athlete as well as a Linebacker in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints. Kiko talks with us about his relatively long NFL career and touches on so many other things along the way. We talk about his training, mindset, nutrition, rituals, and how he came to be a big part of California Strength. We're really excited to watch him this year in his second season with the Saints!
