    Send us a Message

We've all been in that place where our faith feels like it's on autopilot, but lingering in that space can cost us. On today's episode we're confronting spiritual lukewarmness.

We take a look at  Revelation 3:15-17, which challenges the complacency that can almost unknowingly creep into our lives. It's an honest discussion aimed at shaking up our faith so that we can go deeper in our relationship with Jesus.

Juggling the roles of a military spouse, mother of five, and mom's ministry leader, our guest, Sheri Prescott, brings to light how making room for Jesus changes everything. She opens up about her journey, sharing wisdom and encouragement for you and the girls in your life.

We have meaningful conversations on the podcast to encourage and inspire you to have meaningful conversations of your own with the girls in your life. Pull up a seat and join us at this table of brave conversation!

  • Who is God Series, Jehovah Rapha w/Simone Seymour

    Send us a Message

Who is God? That's a BIG question! And we're looking at some of the names of God to help answer it.

Today, we talk with  Simone Seymour about God being known by the name Jehovah Rapha, the Lord is my Healer.

Simone is a wife, mom, Bible teacher, and women’s minister. She has served as a pastor alongside her husband Meiko, and as a state coach for IF:Gathering. She recently graduated from a Propel Ecclesia cohort.

In this episode, we take a look at the story of bitter water made sweet in Exodus 15. Just like bitter circumstances can lead us to grumble, bitter water led the Israelites to gripe and complain. It was through instruction to Moses that the water became sweet. Afterwards, God declared Himself the Healer of His people.

No matter our age, part of being alive means that there will be times when we experience physical ailments, emotional wounds, and relational difficulties.  Jehovah Rapha, the Lord our Healer,  desires us to come to Him for healing over it all.

We want girls to know they have a place they can go for healing! Join us for this brave conversation and then go have some meaningful conversations of your own with the girls in your life!

  • Hey God Series "See the Father's Love" with Aunya Robinson

    Send us a Message

We're continuing in our "Child of God" series, talking about identity and belonging! We want to encourage you in your own walk with Jesus while equipping you to help the girls in your life answer two questions they are hard-wired to ask: "Who am I?" and "Where do I belong?"

Today, Mandie and Delaney close out the series talking with children's author Aunya Robinson.  She has worked as an ESL teacher in China, and in California where she helped children write and publish their stories. She has her Bachelors degree in multi-media and web design. She's spent time as a professional actress and model. Currently, she works as an Instructional Technology teacher in Tampa, FL where she takes every opportunity to remind students who they are and where they belong.

The opportunities given to Aunya as an actor (storyteller) and model allowed her to meet many people, of all different backgrounds and financial standing. She says this gave her the greatest gift - to SEE humanity, the common thread in all, and the need for a Savior. This understanding influenced her to create a children's book series for all different hues and socio-economic statuses, called Baby Angel books.

When we tell you this is not an episode you want to miss! We mean it. We're not sure we could have closed out the season any better. Pull up a seat and join us at this table of brave conversation.
