Music festivals are magical, at least the ones I've been present on the last 3 years in Australia. Barefoot humans, combining their pure essence with nature, dancing, smiling, screaming while the Dj's guide the individuals and the crowd into their trips.  All this combination happening in a mystical sacred land like this, magic happens everywhere, love is felt all the time and time disappear all at once.

The reintegration process when you come back is delicious, and here I share some of the big lessons. Enjoy!

I have a back injury a couple of days ago, I didn't allowed my body to rest until my whole spine was frozen and I couldn't even move from my bed. How many times we push our bodies to continue going and we don't listen to what is trying to say. What are your needs?

Breathing as a natural process it is, is not as conscious as it should be.

Death could be such a hard thing to deal with, but it all depends on how we approach to it. And the best way to discover this approach is by really being aware on how is our approach to life. Are you living your life with a purpose, do you believe you have one? Do you feel present and enjoy life or you are constantly living in the past or in the future?

Be aware of your present and enjoy ALL of it. Cause every single moment is valuable and it's a gift. Be fully present!  That's what Nina, my beloved dog and soulmate thought me for 15 years before she transcended to another state of energy last week.

In this episode, I speak of an inception type of dream combined with lucid dreaming. During lunch, I had the luck to share this dream with Suf @hulasoof, and the conversation ended upbringing great insight into sexuality, tantra, body energy, and foot reading!

We came from broad opposite different cultures. Suf is from a pretty liberal family in Israel, I'm from a conservative family in Mexico, but we both are the black ship of the family, not a surprise!
