Beau Shaniuk (he/him) is a 27-year-old transmasculine person from Ohio. He currently lives in the Cleveland area with his wife, Lauren, and their BostonTerrier, George. Beau works in nonprofit advocacy for survivors of sexual violence and provides consulting and public education around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) with reframe52, a Cleveland and Chicago-based startup.

Outside of his professional work, Beau is a musician who produces his own music under the stage name Ladyboy. As a pop-rap & RnB artist, he has been creating and releasing music for just over a year, though he’s been a musician for most of his life. While not all his music is overtly queer, Beau enjoys using his artistry to uplift the LGBTQ+ community,exploring themes of queer joy, queer confidence, queer rage, queer desirability, and queer expression.
