Childhood trauma something I just realized was a part of my life this year after taking a childhood trauma course and learning about the ACE study and test and got my ACE score. Have you been bullied or verbally and emotionally abused? If so if it happened starting in childhood before your early teen years that's childhood trauma I know because I've been there. I'm currently working on healing from mine and someday forgiving my "dad" who caused the verbal and emotional abuse and forgiving the other people who have caused me trauma and pain. I hope this resonates with you!
