Nature. Being with what is. Accepting it all...

This small meditation was recorded by the river and spoken as it came to me 'In the moment'. 

As I listen back to it, it is an offering that invites us to accept what is, BE with what is and claim our true nature.

I heard the words come in on the wind "Do everything with peace in your heart". I came to understand that I can feel peace from within and therefore carry it with me wherever I go. I haven't known how to do this up until now. Now I do!

Peace is a returning to truth. May these words offer you some understanding of how to carry peace with you. They are words I am honoured to feel move through me as I wrote them down.

These words are what inspired the mediation You Are A Healer, heard in an earlier episode. The guided meditation I spoke, downloaded and channeled was inspired by these words written to me. My sacred partner David wrote these words to help me understand who I am in the world and why I have felt the way I do. He speaks them now for you.

May they soothe your heart and make you feel seen and known.

I am whole is a poem offering you the opportunity to hear that you are whole and holy.

It's in the forgetting of who we are that we find holes in our armour. We believe we are broken and need fixing, but maybe this isn't the truth. Maybe it's all perfect. 

This poem invites you to accept who you are. Maybe you were whole after all.

This meditation that guides you into somatic healing within your body. It is a channeled piece from the space where all creativity lives, as it was recorded. May you feel held and return to love. 

SORRY! We tried to turn the music down but cannot due to recording it with the voice. Since the piece is channeled, I do not have note of it to even attempt to re-record. It does get quieter as the piece goes on, try to stick with it, it's a healing guided meditation.

Calling you back is another channeled meditation. What does channeled mean? It means you come to the mic, you open your heart and speak the words that arrive. 

This meditation calls you back to a loving truth, out of mind, out of chaos and into the heart space where you can learn to let go. 

As East Forest says in his wonderful meditations "It is all love". Yes it is. May you find a way TO LOVE in this guided meditation.

These words are for those looking to claim their power as healers. Maybe you have felt too sensitive, too over-analytical, too much?

Sparked by my loving partners words to me "You are a healer. Your place in the world is sacred and should be revered, however, it is not by many...That's not your problem, it should be theirs".

His words soothed my heart and I came to the mic to speak what wanted to be spoken. Here it is!

Love... And so Love began, is a poem written in London after a Hay house ‘I can do it’ event.

This poem flooded in and wanted me to listen. I hope it is the same for you.

Just imagine a world for a minute where love was our religion, primary education, currency. Wow, what a world!
