Bear Necessities: Chicago Bears Podcast

Hey you all, thank you again for your continued support! The Bears lost their 8th game of the season to the Arizona Cardinals in a rain soaked game. The Bears were able to drive the ball, but four costly interceptions from Dalton changed the shape of the game. Austin and Reece were left wondering why the offense looks so much different from Dalton and Fields, and not just for the obvious reasons. Finally, the guys discuss who should become the Bears future Head Coach in 2022.

Austin and Reece are back for another episode of the Bear Necessities Podcast. How shallow was that win over the Lions? Who will replace Matt Nagy? The guys discuss. The weapons aren't showing up offensively, and the O Line is still bad. What have been the dark spots and bright spots for the Bears this year? Austin and Reece wrap up with a Bears v. Cardinals preview. Thank you all for your continued support!

Welcome back Bears fans! We decided to take a bye week with the team but wanted to get back before this weeks matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. The Bears are a mixed emotion team currently with Fields playing some of his best football, but the team continues to flounder. Tevin Jenkins is looking to return soon, but now Khalil Mack is out for the season (not mentioned in pod). What can Matt Nagy do to save his job? Do the Bears have any hope of turning the season around? All of this will be discuss by the guys in this weeks episode. Thank you all for the continued support!

Welcome back to another episode of podcast. This week Zack and Reece break down the awful loss to the Brady led Buccaneers, and where the Bears go from here. One of the few bright spots was Khalil Herbert, who rushed for 100 yards for the first time, so how can the Bears get him more involved? Zack and Reece also breakdown the likelihood of a Justin Fields breakout game as the offense continues to even make it into double digits. Matt Nagy has COVID, and we do not quite know where he is! Finally, the guys give you everything to look out for in the upcoming matchup against the 49ers. Thank you for your continued support!

Thanks again for tuning in for another episode of the podcast. The Bears face an uphill battle in trying to get back in the Win Column after a loss to the Packers and an upcoming game against the Buccaneers. Zack and Reece discuss the aftermath of the Packers Games including injuries, "I Own You" drama, and a better performance from Allen Robinson. Looking ahead, the guys breakdown how the Bears can attempt to slow down a Tom Brady led Buccaneers team who is playing great, but are battling injuries. Zack and Reece break down the Bears-Packers game at Soldier field from Sunday 10/17/21. Bears looked to be off to a great start with the potential to pull an upset, but the Bears folded towards the end of the game when it mattered most. What can we take away from this game? Appreciate the support!

Welcome back everybody! On this episode Zach and Reece break down the win over the Lions, and determine why the offense was able to find success, and how the defense came through when needed most. Zach and Reece also discuss Justin Fields officially being named starter, and OC Bill Lazor taking over play calling duties after a pitiful showing against the Browns. The guys also break down why Stephon Gilmore did not end up on the Bears. Finally, we wrap up with a preview of this weeks game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Thank you all for your continued support!

The Chicago Bears have had an eventful start to the year. Now 1-1 and led by rookie sensation Justin Fields, the Chicago Bears have been much more interesting than prior. This week Justin Fields takes on the Cleveland Browns on a game that many are saying will be a blowout (in a bad way). Nonetheless, we will be in for a great game. Jaylon Johnson is off to an amazing start to the season not allowing for a single reception in the first two games of the season. Reece and Zack will dive into how his play has impacted the defensive secondary and how he may play a key role for the Bears long term future. Finally, the boys get into their Cleveland predictions and leave us with some words of encouragement.

This and more on the 87th episode of the Bear Necessities Podcast!
