Bears & Beers

Da Bears lose on Monday Night Football to the Minnesota Vikings 17-9, falling to 4-10 on Da season.

Da Bears play the Vikings on Monday Night Football, with 14 players and three coaches on the Covid list.  How can you preview a game with so many question marks?  How can this be entertaining?  Listen to find out...we think you will enjoy it!

We feature Surly Brewery in Minnesota.  One of the original craft brewers.

As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love beers.  Go Bears!

Da Bears lose to the Packers, once again, as Rodgers is now 23-5 against us. Fields played tough through his rib injury and showed resilience after the pick 6. Losing Peters for Jenkins was a blow, and showed the coaching staff didn’t have him ready to play. ARob is checked out and should shut it down for the season and get ready for free agency. Quinn continues on his potentially historic pace, as he sets his sights on Dent’s single season sack record. As we enter into the final four games, it is all about development. Let’s get our young players ready for 2022! As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love Beers!

Da Bears face off against their arch nemesis, the Green Bay Packers, tonight.  Aaron Rodgers proclaimed, "I still own you" a few weeks back in Chicago.  With his 22-5 record against Da Beloved, it is hard to dispute.  Can the Bears use this as motivation?  Justin Fields gets his first taste of the rivalry in Lambeau.  Very important for the young QB to experience this and show leadership.  Rumors continue to swirl over the future of Chicago Bears' management, with Trace Armstrong's name as top management being floated.  Supposedly, he spoke with Bears brass this week and is tied to Ohio State HC Ryan Day, as his agent.

We feature Door County Brewery in Baileys Harbor, WI.  True to Wisconsin, their signature beer is the Polka King Porter.

We love the Chicago Bears and we love Beers!  Go Bears!

When you throw 4 INTs, you lose and that’s why Da Bears are 4-8.

CZ walks his dog during today's podcast as we are in the dog days of this Bears season.  Flipka is enduring the elements at today's Bears' game and invites our loyal listeners to stop by his seat for a free Miller Lite on Bears and Beers!  CZ and Walker give strategies to get rid of bad beers, like Brooklyn Lager.  Brats or Neighborhood block parties?  This looks to be an ugly game today on the lakefront, lets hope we are wrong!

12/5/2021 at Soldier Field.  39 degrees and 75% chance of light rain

AZ -7.5; O/U 42

Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins return for AZ and their offense, which averages 28 PPG and 398 YPG

Andy Dalton gets the start for Da Bears and their offense, which averages 16 PPG and 321 YPG

Robert Quinn was the NFC's Defensive Player of November, with 5.5 sacks

Two beers on opposite sides:  Brooklyn Lager is terrible, Sierra Nevada's Celebration IPA is a great holiday beer to look forward to

As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love Beers.

Da Bears win 16-14 over the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.  Did Nagy redeem himself or again prove how ineffective his offense is?  Mooney and Kmet continue to show promise, while the Oline is coming together.  How will the Bears address the cornerback position in the offseason?  Can they go into another season with Vildor?  Of course, we have our typical banter, which strays in all directions.

As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love beers!  Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Black Friday is almost here!

Happy Thanksgiving!  We are sure the NFL and Fox are not thankful for this matchup!  3 total wins between these awful teams.  We break down this week's Nagy drama.  Only Da beloved and their inept management could pull this off.

Tomorrow is Black Friday and that means Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, a tradition since 1992.  We are hearing this year's Double Barrel Toasted Stout is great.

As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love beers.  Go Bears!

Good franchises win these games....bad franchises lose these games.  The Bears are a bad franchise.  Terrible for the loyal Bears fans.

We love the Chicago Bears and we love beers.

Da Chicago Bears face off against the the Ravens after their bye week. We have lost four games in a row and face a formidable rush offense and rush defense in Baltimore. If Lamar Jackson cant go, that will be a huge plus. The beloved will miss Mack for the rest of the season, along with Hicks this week, but the future is all about Fields. Can he build on last week’s strong second half performance? Who will emerge on offense? We feature Piece Brewery in Bucktown, co-owned by Cheap Trick’s Rick Nielsen, as they celebrate their 20th anniversary. Great Bucktown staple! As always, we love the Chicago Bears and we love Beers. Go Bears!
