The Chicago Bears trimmed their roster to 53 on Tuesday and decided to keep RB Roschon Johnson. Johnson is not a bad player, but he did not touch the ball at all in the preseason. Last Pre-Season, Ian Wheeler was extremely impressive before he tor his ACL. We all saw Ryan Poles heartache on Hard Knocks when he informed him the team believed in him and was going to retain him to rehab for 2025. Well Ian Wheeler is BACK and he was just impressive in this Pre-Seasons opener. The Bears need his skill set and his speed. We are ALL rooting for him to make the team. Let's do this Ian!

The Chicago Bears drafted three (3) players in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft, and none of Luther Burden III, Ozzy Trapilo, or Shemar Turner have signed their contracts. While this issue is not specific to the Chicago Bears, the fact that three (3) high-drafted players are not yet under contract may not sit well with some.
