Despite controlling their own destiny the Bears lost and had to rely on the Rams to get them in, and the Rams didn't disappoint.  Now that they are in, what happens?  It looks like Nagy is safe but where do you go at General Manager and Quarterback?

The Bears continue their losing streak, prompting most media to speculate that there will be a cleaning of house at Halas Hall after the season ends, myself included.  In the past few weeks we have found candidates for President/CEO, GM and now we take a look at candidates for the Head Coaching job.

I didn't even realize until after I finished recording that this is my 34th episode.  I hope Sweetness is listening in.  Anyway I digress.  This week we continue our discussion about rebuilding the organization from the top down.  I give my short list of GM Candidates.
