Episode 192 answers two questions which I thought warranted a full episode to cover! Those questions are recomping and base anabolics. Recomping wise, I'm very well known for my ability to recomp natural and enhanced athletes, both male and female. So I discussed why and how I recomp people and how it changes between natural and enhanced clients. Then, we end the episode talking about base anabolics! Episode 189 is all about how to best incorporate growth hormone peptides with exogenous growth hormone to get the most bang for your buck!
