Today Brother Boggs gets a chance to catch up with former Miss Wheelchair USA, Shower Toga ambassador, Dame/Ambassador of More Heart Than Scars, and Spartan athlete Erika Bogan.  Erika achieved her first Spartan Trifecta in 2019 and we wanted to catch up with her about it.  (If you don't know Erika's story, look back and listen to our previous episode #133 with her.)   

Oddly enough, when we started preparing to record we had to postpone due to Mike Rowe showing up at MHTS headquarters.  Boggs and Erika talk about the experience of going through the recording of Returning the Favor at Zackary Nubs Paben's house.
