Your heartfelt desires are often connected to the path of personally living into your full potential. We've generally been conditioned to believe our desires will only get us into trouble if we "give in" to them. This conditioning calls for some serious beautiful work to eliminate any blocks you might have to tamping down or denying these impulses, and instead welcoming them with curiosity and wonder at what they may be about.
Tuning in to your inner world as regular practice helps you regain your essential power. As you develop this practice and honor what's coming from within, you feel much more capable of crafting the life you want to be living.
Laurel and Laurel talk about how they each practice tuning into the deeper messages and desires they hold for their lives, and the ways they have used these practices to cultivate a beautiful life.

When you play it safe it translates to playing it small. Or maybe it keeps you in the illusion that you're free of harm. Or it could be that you may be just simply trying to stay in your comfort zone. Whatever the reason, there are real dangers in playing it safe. Mostly that you self-limit the possibilities and the potential for a full and meaningful life.
Laurel and Laurel dig into this "scary" topic and how it impacts your ability to live the beautiful life you deeply desire. They open up about their own habits of playing it safe and how to go about changing those self-limiting patterns.

Are you meditating yet? If not, you’ve probably read and heard that not only does meditation provide endless health benefits, it actually gives you time back. How does that work? We use a lot of energy (and ultimately time) dealing with inner conflict, indecision, emotional baggage and other life draining experiences. When you take the time to meditate daily it provides both the opportunity to shed these unwanted life drains, as well as restores a natural energetic harmony within that creates a balanced foundation to deal more effectively with life’s challenges. In this episode, Laurel leads you through a brief guided meditation for restoring inner balance and focus and energizing yourself anytime of the day.
