Sometimes we need to remember...

Just because something isn't great...

Doesn't mean it was all Bad.

Make a list of thse things that you consider failures, errors if you will, over the past few weeks.

Now, look at each item on that list and write down one thing that you are grateful or thankful for that came from each of those experiences.

Isn't amazing how , once you look at something with a different mindset, the whole experience takes on a new meaning and impact on your life.

The Holiday Season is upon us.

For some it's a time of merry-making and joy, laughter filled days and the gathering of family and friends.

For others, it is a lonely time filled with memories of a life they once had, a love lost, a reminder of the dreams and plans for a future that will never happen. Suicide rates climb during the winter months, especially around the coming holidays.

I want to remind you all to check in with family and friends... and to remember the little ones in your life too.

Children as yound as 10 and 11 years old attempt suicide due to depression, anxiety and PTSD. So please take their words, actions and feelings seriously!

And, don't forget to check in with yoursef every single day! 

YOU are the only YOU there is, and your family and friends need you!

No matter what you are going through, you have already overcome more than you realize.

Take a minute to look at where you were, where you are and where you are headed...

Then give yourself props for all that you have already accomplished on this journey you are moving through.

What do others see when they look at you living your life?

Is what they see the real you, or the you that you want people to see?
