JOIN the upcoming Sacred Portals Experience
Introducing a 7-week virtual, live experience where you will be gently guided through practices to connect with the Sacred through your Feminine Portals.
Creating a sacred space is integral to our journey as we delve into the Sacred Portals. The group container is one of the most ancient and powerful spaces we hold as women. I call it “the magic in the field”. Creating this collective energy field allows for profound shifts on a somatic level. As we authentically feel, share, and allow our experiences within this potent group setting, we have the opportunity to alchemize our pain into power, purpose, and wisdom.
- Connect more intimately with your intuition, creativity, and divine power (Shakti). - Expand your experiences of pleasure and peace from the inside out. - Deepen connection and true intimacy in your relationships. - Embrace a life rooted in love and self-acceptance. - Become more aware of the synchronicities and infinite possibilities around you.
I'd be thrilled to have you join this virtual live experience! If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to reach out. Looking forward to connecting soon.

"As children, the first emotion that warned us that “something is off“ within our system was anger. One of the rules of anger is to signal when a need is not met, a boundary is crossed, a pain is not acknowledged, or truth is not allowed. So, every time anger is triggered in the present moment, the whole body says, “I still remember the pain!“ or “ There’s still pain!”"
Ally Wise, is a Life Transformation Coach with a focus on Self-connection, trauma resolution and nervous sytem healing. Throughout her healing journey, she came to a point when she understood that trauma resolution is the vehicle where her pain and purpose met one another, joined forces and a new path was born for her - liberation through transforming trauma. I've been following Ally on Instagram for awhile now and asked her to be a guest on the podcast to learn more about her journey and dive deeper into the ways we can unlearn survival and invite ease in to our relationship with anger.

Val Aerni, is a E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour) through Yoga Alliance with additional training in yin yoga, prenatal yoga, Yoga Mindset Coaching, yoga nidra, trauma-informed yoga, and health coaching. Val also holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum in Instruction from the University of Montana. Outside of teaching, Val loves to spend time with her family playing in the woods.
Val shares: "I am a mom, a partner, and a yogi. I love everything related to the outdoors, eating well, connecting with friends, and growing as a parent. Yoga is a practice that I come back to daily to help manage anxiety and life's ebbs and flows. Some days I focus on my breathing or pranayama, other times I meditate. Sometimes I build heat with vinyasa or powerful movements, or I'll settle into stillness with yin or deep stretching. Sometimes I do it all. Regardless of HOW I practice, yoga always shifts my energy and grounds me back to self. It gives me strength, stamina, a sense of purpose, and balance. This is the power of yoga that I love to share with others! I welcome you to join me in group classes, private sessions, or workshops."

Everybody inherits distinctly unique DNA. We inherit our ancestors’ good or bad looks, their blue, brown, or hazel eyes, their height, their teeth, and even their diseases. But did you know you can inherit your ancestors’ money habits as well?
The science of epigenetics, which studies how gene expression is modified by individual behavior and environmental factors, is revealing that patterns of thought and emotion, attitudes, and actions are passed down to future generations. Just as we inherit DNA that dictates our physical attributes, we also inherit what we call emotional DNA. This means along with grandma’s broad shoulders you might also have been bequeathed her quick temper or her spendthrift attitude about money.
Judy Wilkins Smith, world-renowned Family Patterns, Systemic Work and Constellations Expert, Motivational Speaker, and Author of Decoding Your Emotional Blueprint: A Powerful Guide to Transformation through Disentangling Multigenerational Patterns offers guidance to disentangling the financial patterns that aren’t working and transforming your Money DNA.

Sophie Frabotta, a fierce healer, heart centered soul leader and referred to by her clients as the soul whisperer is our guest today. She shares how to follow spirits guidance back to the truth of who you really are. She says logic which rules the 3rd dimension is great but out of balance, as we raise our consciousness, lift our vibration and release density we are moving into higher consciousness, the 5th dimension. The 5th dimension is ruled by the heart not the head. Once you start to release that density, come into body, listen to, and follow the intelligence of the heart, it builds strength and faith to listen even though the logic is not there.
I was magnetized to Sophies’ energy on Instagram where she frequently discusses some of my favorite topics like intuition, angel signs & numbers. She is passionate about teaching people how to: get their life back and listen to the inner whispers of their soul so they too can unlock their magic. I really appreciate the personal story she shares during this conversation about showing up as love for herself by taking spinach to her Italian in-laws for dinner, make sure to listen for this near the end of the conversation.

Stanford School of Medicine professor, author, and mindfulness expert Greg Hammer, MD explains how setting positive intentions can change the brain, the way you think, and expand gratitude for the present moment.
What is your intention? We would be well served by posing this question to ourselves as we start each day- and repeatedly throughout the day- as intentional living can have a healthy impact on just about every area of our lives! Research shows that setting a clear intention actual activates the prefrontal cortex, establishing neural networks that can facilitate success, relieve chronic diseases, and heal emotional wounds. It all starts with setting our Intention!
