Can starting over at 50 lead to the happiest chapter of your life? 

Continuing from part one, Marie Claire editor Georgie McCourt talks to fashion entrepreneur and style icon Tash Sefton about finding love again, turning 50, and the new life she never expected to build. 

Tash opens up about meeting her husband Adam and the unexpected way love entered her life after divorce. She talks candidly about self-sabotage, learning to accept kindness after being hurt, and why she believes love often arrives when you stop looking for it. She reflects on the moment she realised she had created an entirely new life for herself — and why she now sees starting again as something she would highly recommend. 

Tash also talks about turning 50, the anxiety she felt about the milestone and the beautiful way her friends and family helped her embrace it. Rather than seeing 50 as an ending, she began to recognise it as the beginning of a new chapter: one filled with love, friendship, purpose and a renewed sense of self.

This is part one of a two-part conversation. Marie Claire editor Georgie McCourt sits down with fashion entrepreneur, digital creator and Where Did Your Style Go? founder Tash Sefton to talk about her extraordinary career, motherhood, divorce and the experience of rebuilding your identity from scratch. 

Tash takes us back to the beginning, from discovering her love of fashion through her Croatian grandmother and mother, to becoming a fashion buyer, entrepreneur and one of Australia's most recognisable style voices.
