Fantastic News! After many weeks of searching far and wide for the perfect co-host, I have found him! His name is David, he is a Marine and currently a police officer who brings a great deal of experience, love and encouragement for getting through the truly unimaginable. I’m moved beyond words to tell you my dear friend Mike who is a brave Firefighter from NJ, after calling me the other night for help decided to help others instead by telling his story of a recent relapse that left him clinically dead for awhile. Unbelievably they brought him back but after 4 days in ICU he was left with partial brain damage. This is Mike’s story and I can’t believe that we both found there is so much love for each other as survivors of this horrific problem and it happens when we extend our hand in love and acceptance of our life and our disability.
