I'm especially excited about this episode because I had the honor to interview my younger sister! Her name is Rebekah. She is an amazing NICU nurse. She has been married to Ryan almost 5 years and is a mother to my adorable 8 month old niece. She has struggled with misophonia most of her life and I'm so proud of her for telling her story! She is such an example of resilience, strength, and light. I have no doubt that her story will help many!
Kahea is a married mother from Florida. She is a mental health warrior and advocate who shares her brave journey on social media often.
