I’m coming at you today with a message that’s going to set the tone for the year ahead. That’s not just a number on paper — that’s real money in the bank, and we hit that without even having our liquor license until Christmas Eve! This is the power of consistent effort, strategic thinking, and above all, a strong mindset.

Here’s the thing that blows my mind: this didn’t just happen overnight. It’s the result of YEARS of building, learning, failing, and growing. I’ve been in business for 17 years, run 8 businesses, and made my share of mistakes along the way — but with every mistake came a lesson. So now, what used to take a year to make, we’re now making in just a month. The growth is unreal, and it all came down to mindset.

As we wrap up 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect with you all on what this year has been. It’s been quite the ride, hasn’t it? There have been highs, lows, a lot of sacrifices, and a whole lot of growth. If I’m being honest, this year hasn’t always been easy, but looking back, I’ve learned more about myself and my business than I ever could have imagined.

The lessons, though—they’ve been life-changing. One of the biggest things I’ve discovered is how powerful faith can be when you lean into it instead of letting fear take over. And through it all, I’m just so incredibly grateful for you. Yes, YOU. Your support, your encouragement, and your trust have been everything. Because of you, we’ve reached over 3,400 downloads, and that’s just mind-blowing to me.

So, I thought I’d share a few reflections from this year that I hope will resonate with you as much as they did with me.

• Letting go of fear has opened up so many opportunities, and it’s been the best decision I could’ve made.
• One of the most powerful things I’ve started doing is taking time to reflect on my journey. Looking back at what I’ve overcome, what I’m proud of, and where I’ve grown – it really helps me align with what I want to do more of in the future. 
• Great leaders don’t shy away from failure; they use it as a tool for growth. In business, owning up to your mistakes and adapting from them is essential to becoming a stronger leader.
• The growing pains of business are tough but necessary for long-term success. It’s through the pain and challenges that we build resilience and transform.

2025 is approaching fast - literally, it’s only 2 weeks away! So that means setting goals and creating resolutions for the year. But think back to the end of 2023, and the goals you set then - have you ACTUALLY achieved any of them? 

If the answer is none of them, you’re not alone (seriously, less than 92% of people achieve their New Year’s resolutions!). I’ll also be sharing how you can make the most of every moment, from time batching your tasks, to intentionally allocating time (and protecting it!), and even scheduling downtime to ensure you don’t burn out. Achieving your goals isn’t always about perfection - it’s consistently showing up for yourself every single day and forming unbreakable habits because you know that you and your goals are worth it. As Tony Robbins says, ‘If you want to change your life, you have to raise your standards’, and 2025 is going to be your opportunity to raise your standards for yourself and make it your best year yet!
