It’s important that we walk hand in hand with our mental health along with our physical and spiritual. Often times we neglect our mental health in fear that we would look crazy or not “spiritual” enough— those thoughts are a lie. If you want to obtain the ultimate physical and spiritual health you must heal your mind as well, or even better, first.
