Impressing someone or people by making a good first and last impression. Recommendations, catch-ups express a genuine appreciation. Leaving an impression on someone can lead to new friendships, relationships and working colleagues.   

Taking yourself on solo dates. Being able to do things on your own, changing your mindset and being in your own space. Build up the courage and going on solo dates. 

Be in a relationship or friendships that will make you happy. Don't be locked in with certain people or that person who will not make you happy. Love yourself first and surround yourself with people/person who will uplift you and support your vibe. Listen to your girl on loving yourself and be your no.1.
