Last week I onboarded 5 people and three persons where able to drop their introduction post, and they have been active, tho still exploring to get it all right, to me that was a great achievement because mentorship is not easy at all.

Firstly I had to build relationship with those newbies that would avail me the opportunity to gain their trust, because thats the only way to teach and support someone, unfortunately everyone doesn't learn in the same pace some might be slow while some are first learners, what that simple means is the fact that patience and humility is needed to teach new ones, they need to feel relaxed and express themselves, asking questions when needed, mentorship means that I am ready to provide solution to whatever challenges they are facing.

Even though I thought i was done for the week I still had to help out in some challenges the newbie faced today as they were working on their content, they asked to many questions, including if withdrawal is possible on hive, so I had to convince them that withdrawal is certain but I don't advice them to withdraw from their first payout, I explained to them why its important to hold on, stake your hive and build your wallet. So it was not a Sunday without mentorship.

Tomorrow is a new week, am still in the streets of Lagos in search of users and businesses because I love hive and I want to make an impact on both #hive and the people I onboard.

Today was all about mentorship, @graclyn the CEO of @graclynhouse is a listed business that sells all types of household items has always wanted to know more, invest and do more on hive, so today I took my time to mentor her and she was able to introduce herself to hive platform.
