This is the second half of our lesson on forgiveness. We discuss how we forgive in different situations and spend more time on the relationship of forgiveness and reconciliation. We also consider some ways to grow in our ability to forgive.

We consider our study of Christian virtue by considering patience and the two closely related topics of endurance and tolerance.

This week we consider the virtue of gentleness. Is it the same as meekness? Is it worth pursuing? What does it look like in the life of a Christian?

Continuing our study of Christian virtue we are told by the Bible to put on humility. We consider how to put on such an elusive virtue and also take a look at it's opposite: Pride.

In this lesson we consider compassion and kindness. Are these worthy virtues to pursue as Christians or are they for children? Does compassion mean euthanasia and, if not, why not? We consider what these virtues are and how we live them out as Christians.

This is the second half of our lesson regarding love. As a matter of both the affections and the will, how may we grow in our love for God and for people? We examine these questions and more.

What is love? Can you describe it? In this lesson we consider the virtue of love and the way that it is described in the Bible. About half way through we delved into a long discussion of how we might love our enemies.

In our third lesson on Christian virtue we consider hope. Is it an attitude or a virtue? How do we grow in this? What hinders hope?

The first of the theological virtues is Faith. The theological virtues are those three listed in 1 Corinthians 13 which have been understood to come from God, be directed toward God, and which point us to God. In this study we consider faith.
