Ex Buc K  Matt Gay hit a field goal as time expired ,ending a frantic 24 point rally and the Bucs season. The defense, Tom Brady, Leonard Fournette and Mike Evans led the comeback and only the deadly duo of Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp prevented OT. The defending Super Bowl Champs close out the yr 14-5 and should return a strong core in 2022. #LFG

In a rematch from a regular season game, The Bucs host The LA Rams in Tampa today at 3. These are two of the better and more talented teams in the NFL featuring star players and household names. Both teams have injury issues on the OL and many more key guys who are playing hurt. It will take the best effort of the year for the Bucs to advance.

The Tampa defense dominated and Tom Brady and the offense made plays in both the run and passing game to lead Tampa to a convincing 31-15 win. Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski had TD catches while the two headed monster of Giovani Bernard and Ke'Shawn Vaughn had a big day in the backfield. Defensively, Jordan Whitehead, Mike Edwards and the rest of the DBs stepped up while the front 7 stuffed the run and pressured Jalen Hurts all day. The Bucs host the LA Rams Sunday at 3 pm in Tampa.

Win or Go home. The theme of all weekends until we have the last team standing in February. The defending Super Bowl Champions hope they are that team and today they start the drive to repeat. Good and bad news: Nobody has done that since 2003-04. But the Bucs QB was under center for that team. The Eagles present a lot of challenges...led by a talented young QB in Jalen Hurts, strong front lines on both sides of the ball and impressive rookie WR Devonta Smith.  The Bucs are getting some major name reinforcements and will have to play their best ball to advance today.

The Bucs scored late in the 1st half to take the lead and momentum then rolled in the 2nd half to a 41-17 win over the Carolina Panthers Sunday at Raymond James. The win gives Tampa a franchise record 13 on the year and thanks to the 49ers OT win, the #2 seed in the NFC Playoffs. Mike Evans scored two TDs, Rob Gronkowski had a huge day and the new running back tandem of Ke'Shawn Vaughn and Le'Veon Bell both scored and made plays all day. The defense continues to play well and build depth while gaining back starters at all levels. The playoffs start Sunday at 1 pm when the #7 seed Philadelphia Eagles visit Tampa.

Week 18 is here and so is ...Game 17. The defending Super Bowl Champions are the NFC South winners and hold the #3 seed in the conference. A win keeps them in play for the two spot and a franchise record 13 victories. Stars are playing for incentives and younger players like Cyril Grayson , Ke'shawn Vaughn , Joe Tryon and Anthony Nelson are all trying to secure major roles heading into the playoffs and beyond. #LFG
