Welcome to Because Mental Health Matters! A youth-led podcast led by the founders of BecauseMentalHealth, we hope to further our aims of ending the stigma around mental health, as well as promoting the education of psychology and neuroscience, by sharing stories and lessons from experienced teenagers and educated professionals.
