support, and empowerment flourish.

Beyond her professional
responsibilities Deborah is a volunteer at youth and emotional support
charities. Through these roles she has the opprtunity to give her time and
expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals facing
adversity, fostering healing, resilience, and growth within vulnerable
communities.

In addition to her work and volunteering, Deborah embraces the
role of mother to three boys. Being a mother has allowed her to cultivate
understanding and foster a supportive work environment. Through Juggling
multiple responsibilities, she developed strong time management and
prioritisation skills, crucial for balancing the different aspects of her role.
Being a mother to a child with additional needs has also instilled resilience
and adaptability, enabling Deborah to navigate challenges and inspire teams through
uncertain times.

August 22, 2023 Episode 24 - From Collegiate Football to Wheelchair Nomad
Get ready to be inspired!
Fletcher Cleaves was involved in a tragic car crash that left him paralyzed from the chest down due
to a driver suspected of texting while behind the wheel. This
traumatic incident caused him to lose his football scholarship but with faith,
perseverance, and a year of intense physical therapy, he re-enrolled in school
and graduated from The University of Memphis with a degree in Computer
Science. Now as a professional motivational speaker, Fletcher has shared his
testimony of overcoming adversity, safe driving, importance of education, and
faith base living with ESPN, College Game-Day, and to over 400 high schools,
colleges, and business. Fletcher is also a world traveler obtaining the
nickname “The Wheelchair Nomad”. He travels to many countries living life to
the fullest while also bringing awareness to accessibility issues in the travel
industry.
To many, his accident seemed like the end of a young man’s promising future, but
on the contrary, it became the prologue to his destiny.

In this episode Jen shares the story of losing her second child at 40 weeks. The feelings of guilt, loneliness and heartbreak, Jen realized she was not alone and knew she needed to be there to support other mom's and families who had similar experiences.
A native of the upper midwest, Jen Burgard is a mom to two living children and one who lives solely in her heart. Her titles include loss mom, living mom, wife, founder, podcaster, director, and most proudly - survivor. Upon the death of her second child, she set out to fill a gap in accessibility to resources, support and community for others also experiencing trauma.
