Company conferences are a great place to meet customers, but is it actually possible to conduct research there? Every year, Atlassian hosts a conference with thousands of attendees. I’ll share our journey of making the most out of this chaotic environment, using playful, tactile activities. Even if a conference isn't in your future, this talk will inspire you to engage research participants in creative new ways.
