However bad you may feel the most important thing is to talk to someone. Dr Bear recommends the following steps if you are in a bit of pickle and feel stuck;
Find someone you trust and talk to them about how you are feeling - you don't have to tell them everything, just test them with a small amount of information first and see how it goes.
