James Poirier: Fitness and Health Coach
In this episode, James opens up about his personal life story that led him to the incredible husband, friend, and warrior of a man he is today. He discusses the "unfunctional behaviors" he chose in his younger years such as drinking at the age of 11 years old to numb the feeling of being inadequate. He felt invincible with drugs and alcohol and chased that addictive feeling for so long that he thought he needed those things to have relationships in his life. Overtime, he eventually found himself waking up in hospitals, homeless at times, and ultimately waking up in a ditch. In that river bed at 7 am, he heard a voice that said "you aren't meant to die like this." James started taking baby steps to change his life and now he has completely turned his life around. He tells you how he did this, what steps he took, and how you can do that too. James hopes to have a HUGE impact in the world to help others who are stuck in harmful ways and is already making a huge impact through his own businesses noted below. If you find yourself relating with James, don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help. James can't wait to meet you where you are, understand where you are coming from, and be a part of your team to transform your life!

Justin Croskery: Transformational Coach. Changing lives one human at a time.
THIS GUY. Hours upon hours of coaching, researching, reading, learning, listening, questioning...this guy has taken it upon himself to turn his mess into his mission.
Justin and I bonded when we realized we were both dealing with financial debt. That can be a touchy issue, but we both leaned on each other and offered support to help up climb out. This lead into deeper conversations around Justin's childhood where he grew up with an alcoholic mother. Justin faced a lot of hardships and instead of giving up, which could have been the easy way out, he faced depression head on and started doing the inner work.
Since then, Justin has graduated from ALA, Ascension Leadership Academy, here in San Diego, which is one of the top and most intensive personal development trainings you can find today. He is now a coach for other students there and has also been through another personal development training called HCL. He just graduated from NLP Practitioner training and with all of these tools in his toolbelt, has labeled himself a Transformational Coach. Justin now proudly coaches men and women through any area of their life where they might feel stuck too. Justin has personally helped me navigate through areas where I felt lost and gave me a set of goals for me to hit so I can grow out of low areas too.
I can't wait for you to listen to this vulnerable story. At the end, I hope you hire Justin as your life coach. Justin was created to transform lives. Do yourself a favor and sign up to work with him. He literally turned his mess, into his MISSION.

HOLLYYY mooolyyy. You guys, in this very special episode, I was honored to interview my dear friend, (and future woman in space), Wendy Peterson. Wendy is a Director in the Department of Defense. She is raising 3 beautiful children in California. She is a dreamer, a lover of life, and she is one of the most inspirational people you will ever meet.
In this episode, Wendy shares her experiences of trying to do everything and anything all at once, and the toll that mindset took on her because she didn't have the strength and the courage to ask for or receive help. She talks about the consequences of that and how her stubbornness led to many undesirable situations. She also shares the sweet success of where she is today after becoming alive.

You guys! Wow, has 2020/2021 already been a WILD ride and THEN some. Before I started my personal development/awakening journey, I felt alone and stuck knowing other people felt so WOKE! I thought, "how do I get there" and "did I miss the boat?" I wish there was someone to tell me that I was just where I needed to be and that there is a path available to me too, to heal my wounds and shed my old self layers. I hope this episode reaches anyone who already became aware that they don't have to live the life they are living if they are aware they are on a 'wrong' path, and there is a path towards light available to them too! Lets goooo!

Quote Katey mentions from James Altucher: " Everyone succeeded because they built networks within networks of connections, friends, colleagues all striving towards their own personal goals, all trusting each other, and working together to help each other succeed. This is what happens only over time. This is why giving creates a bigger world because you can never predict what will happen years later."
