Alanna is a Boston-based mom of two, an occupational therapist, potty training consultant, and certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. For over three years, she has been helping families navigate their sleep journeys through her business, Big Picture Sleep Solutions. What began as a side hustle alongside her career as an occupational therapist has now become her primary focus.

Ruth's passion for sleep began when she discovered the profound impact healthy sleep habits can have on our lives. As an adult, she recognized the toll that sleep deprivation takes on our well-being, which led her to wonder about its effects on young children. After working in childcare for over 16 years, and with the support of her husband, Ruth decided to shift careers, leave her 9-to-5 job, and pursue certification through Center for Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM).

In her new role, Ruth identified a significant gap in the support available to parents struggling with toddler sleep issues, leading her to develop the Bedtime Battles Fix program, which has already helped more than 35 families transform their toddlers sleep patterns. Through a confidence-based approach, Ruth empowers parents to regain control of bedtime struggles and find sustainable, restful sleep solutions for their children.

With her expertise and unwavering commitment to supporting families, Ruth is on a mission to restore hope for toddler families and teach them a fresh, effective approach to sleep training.

Allison is “mom” to four fabulous people, now grown. She is running an active Postpartum Doula agency in Austin Texas, working as an independent birth & postpartum doula in Asheville NC, and running a fabulous postpartum doula certification program called ABG doula training. Allison believes that parents can have an easier and happier start with support. She has been blessed to be able to offer support to families in a variety of ways since 1998.

Allison opened Austin Baby Guru (ABG) in 2011 because she found that working as a postpartum doula fed her soul. She was excited to discover that it could also support her family.

In 2017 Allison opened the ABG Postpartum Doula Training to help others find the joy and satisfaction she had found in doula work.

This year Allison has enrolled in Center for Pediatric Sleep Management in preparation for adding sleep coaching to her doula business.
