An in depth look at the multi-dimensional being that is you. We all have many layers to our lives, and we spend our lives trying to convince ourselves we don't. When you accept your layers as being part of you, you are then able to find out your core, who you really are, and what your purpose in life is.

Stop waiting for someone, or some god to save you, save your own damn self. Write your own heroic tale of life, based on what you do for yourself. To believe a truth of any form, from what someone else says is truth. Without doing the research yourself, means you are actually believing a lie. Your real authentic self knows this, but you are to affraid to accept it for lack of belief in yourself. Stop relying on others to save you, find oit what is truth for you, then act on it for yourself.

We are all crazy, but we life in a world that tells us it's not ok to be crazy. In this episode I explain that it is ok, and how to embrace it.

Anxiety is something everyone has. There is no known cure for it. As in, you cannot take a pill, and it goes away. The root of anxiety is distraction. You are distracting yourself from a deeper issue, and avoiding the moment of learning, until the overwhelming dread passes. To sit through a anxiety attack, and actually learn what your body is really trying to tell you, is possible. And will change your life.

There is no balance of possitive and negitive. Neither one outweighs the other. They both exsist at the same time.

My trip to the store, resulted in buying two grilled chicken sandwiches. I got high as fuck while eating them. Life is full of moments of growth, you just have to be willing to be present in the moment, in order to experience the growth.

The only way to answer this, is by learning yourself. As simplisticly complex as that.

Why wait to make the change to better yourself next year. Do it now, your worth doing it now. Make your goals, life goals. Plan on changing for more than just a month, or just long enough to get through the summer. Do it for you, and do it for life.

Fuck what the world around you thinks of you. Be willing to do whatever it takes to make yourself happy. In doing so, you make the world around you a better place.
