85% of the time. That's consistency. It's not some loosey-goosey "try your best, buddy."
In this episode of the Bedrock playbook, I explain the power of this mindset shift in making long-term progress.

No other man has been more influential or intentional in my life than my father.
My dad, Luciano-- "Papa Luch", to those who know him-- has been an educator, pastor and life coach for nearly 50 years. As a child and young man, he modelled servant leadership, love for my mom, and life-long investment in others. He continues to this day.
In this episode, my dad uses a single question-- "WHERE ARE YOU?"-- to examine the big 5 areas in every man's life: faith, family, fitness, finance and friendship. It's a powerful question to catapult you into a life of design, not default.

In this episode of the Bedrock Playbook, I dive into one of my Instagram reels that went viral this week. What struck me the most were the diverse reactions it sparked: everything from compliments to corrections to outright criticisms!
But those comments also taught me a powerful lesson about the importance and nature of male accountability. There is a right way to do it, and that's what I discuss today.
Take Control of Your Phone in our FREE 5-Day Bootcamp (March 18-22): menofbedrock.com/bootcamp
Are you “addicted” to your phone?
Although we would never joke about being addicted to booze or tobacco or porn, many of us have accepted that our phones have got this powerful hold over us.
But the data is clear: we’re doing generational harm to ourselves and our children, both in what we’re modeling and how we’re allowing them to use screens. We’ve got to do better.
Today's guest, Joey Odom, is an expert at supporting parents who want to take control of their phone use. In this episode, Joey lays out the scope of the problem but, more importantly, maps a 5 step process to break your phone’s hold on you.

Should you do an extreme challenge?
Right now, 7 day, 30 day and even 75 day challenges are all the rage, probably because of the allure of quick results and dummy proof instructions.
These challenges shouldn’t be taken lightly. When they are, you can end up in a worse place than where you started. And for the record, we’re not against challenges. Several men in our group just completed the 30 Day Metabolic Reboot. AWESOME results!
But in today’s podcast, Bedrock’s head strength coach Ryan Faehnle explains the appropriate circumstances and necessary systems that ought to accompany anyone thinking about doing a challenge of some sort.
