In this episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy is joined by her good friend Harry Garside, two-time Olympic bronze medallist, Commonwealth Games gold medallist and one of Australia's most successful boxers. Harry's bold opinion is that moderation is for cowards: if you truly want to be exceptional at something, you don't have time for balance.
Harry opens up about what going all-in actually cost him, from missing family events and feeling disconnected from his friends to a lonely stretch through his early 20s. He shares the moment that changed everything, sitting in quarantine after his first Olympics with a bronze medal around his neck and feeling more alone than ever. From there, the two get into why he's now trying to learn balance, what the small, insecure kid from Lilydale was trying to prove, and how boxing gave him an identity as the tough kid before eventually letting him take the armour off.
Then they run through the core four (health, wealth, clarity and relationships) and what Harry is working on in each right now:
It's an honest conversation about ambition, identity, validation and whether the sacrifice was worth it. Harry finishes with one piece of advice for anyone listening: turn the mirror on yourself, because so often it's us getting in our own way.

In this episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy is joined by Lexi Lobb, who started out as one of her clients and has since become one of her best friends. Lexi is a full-time, Melbourne-based content creator, and her bold opinion is simple: you will always be ahead when you're focusing on yourself.
Lexi opens up about how she moved from comparing herself to others online to staying in her own lane. She talks about why she doesn't believe friends who skip your posts aren't real friends, why she posts and then gets off her phone, why she mutes rather than unfollows, and how the people you surround yourself with shape how easily you can celebrate others. From there, the two get into what to do when it feels like everyone around you is ahead.
Then they run through the core four (health, wealth, clarity and relationships) and what Lexi is working on in each right now:
It's an honest conversation about comparison, confidence and backing yourself. Lexi finishes with one piece of advice for anyone who feels behind: put down the phone, pick up a pen and write out what you're actually chasing.

In this solo episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy opens up about the topic closest to her heart: her relationship with alcohol. Her bold opinion — alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs in our society precisely because we've made it so normal, and when someone starts struggling with it, the conversation turns to "why can't you control yourself" instead of what they're using it to cope with.
Izzy takes you through the whole timeline, including the parts that aren't neat. Starting to drink at 15 or 16 and noticing early that it didn't affect her the way it affected her friends. The blackouts, and that specific feeling of waking up and reaching for your phone. The boyfriend who suggested Dry July and, without knowing it, changed the trajectory of her life. Melbourne lockdown, her health science degree, 75 Hard, and discovering that exercise could change her state without borrowing happiness from tomorrow. The years of Friday-night negotiation with herself, documented in journals she still has. The friction it created with her family, and the shame cycle where the thing causing the shame became the thing she used to escape it. Then 15 months completely sober through a difficult breakup, three weeks in Europe with her family, and a lot of lonely Saturday nights spent telling herself to have foresight.
She's also honest about what came after: going back to drinking, marathon training in 2024, getting too introverted and realising that something looking healthy doesn't mean you're doing it for a healthy reason, a bad night at the start of 2025, two weddings sober, and where she actually sits today — still working through it with her psychologist, and not pretending otherwise just because she has a podcast.
Through the core four:
She finishes with the two tools she still uses: asking what job you're giving alcohol tonight before you ask whether you're drinking, and having foresight. Plus a message for anyone who loves someone struggling — you're allowed compassion and boundaries at the same time.
If you're the one having that internal battle every weekend, this one's for you.

In this episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy is joined by her own coach and mentor, Bec Cameron, to unpack her bold opinion: burnout is often glorified as ambition, when really it's a sign you've built a life you can't sustainably live.
Bec breaks down what burnout actually did to her body — the adrenal fatigue diagnosis, watching her squat drop from 85kg to 45kg in a matter of weeks, six months of pulling back from training, and the wired-but-exhausted stretch where she couldn't sleep at night or get out of bed in the morning. From there the two get into why hustle culture is so glamorised, why loving your work doesn't make you immune, and how to tell the difference between genuinely needing rest and telling yourself you're just being lazy.
Then they run through the core four — health, wealth, clarity and relationships — and what Bec is doing in each right now:
An honest conversation about capacity, boundaries and doing something about it before you hit breaking point.

In her first ever solo episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy shares her bold opinion: you don't need to completely reinvent your life to feel better. Most of the time you just need to get consistent with the things that already make you feel like you.
No pretending she has it figured out, no telling anyone what to do — just an honest snapshot of where her core four are sitting right now, what's working, and what she's still finding hard.
A raw, unfiltered look at what changing your patterns actually feels like while you're in the middle of it.

In the very first episode of Becoming Bold, Izzy is joined by her best friend Riley Armitage to unpack her bold opinion: you create your own reality.
Riley opens up about the period when she couldn't stop searching her own name online, why she was quietly addicted to the discomfort of it, and the decision to stop that changed how she felt about herself. From there the two get into what a spiral actually looks like, how to find the facts and break the loop, and why waiting for your circumstances to change before you let yourself feel good keeps you stuck.
Then they run through the core four - health, wealth, clarity and relationships and what Riley is doing in each right now:
An honest, funny, occasionally spiritual conversation about what it actually takes to change your mind and your life.
