Every 73 seconds a person is sexually assaulted in America. I’ve felt lost, hurt, hopeless, embarrassed, and alone. I’ve felt joy, accomplished, worthy, loved, and encouraged. I’ve felt the sting of despair as I found it hard to like my own body, let alone to love it. I’ve felt betrayed by my body, my womanhood. .

Loving ourselves through the process of owning our stories is the bravest thing we will ever do... 

Tapping into the energy and emotion of loving yourself is the most ＰＯＷＥＲＦＵＬ thing you can do.
