You guys know it... hospitality is not only about being a waiter or a cook... it is also about sales and marketing!!! Victor is working at some of the coolest venue in Europe (Hard Rock café, hey sounds great right?) and I had the chance to use a bit of his time to catch for you guys interesting information about how to do sales in an American way!!
I don't put the link to the venue because you know how to find it ( obviously). Cheer!
Alright let's admit it, working in hospitality means having the worst working hours ever.... ( those who has been through knows it). But a solution exists for those who wants to work in hospitality and have a normal social life: school kitchen !! Holidays during summer, finishing work at 5 pm, regular work schedule... sounds like the dream !!
Well Manel got it all. Plus he works at the MASSIVELY BEAUTIFULL school of Jesuïtes Sarrià and guess wants, he can see the day's light every day even if he is in the kitchen !!!
More info about the school here, I put a picture of it as the cover of the episode so you guys can see why I'm such a fan of https://www.santignasi.fje.edu/ca
