As the venues Estella is in charge off are perfect, I believe she will teaches you a lot about exigence and high performance.

You guys know it... hospitality is not only about being a waiter or a cook... it is also about sales and marketing!!! Victor is working at some of the coolest venue in Europe (Hard Rock café, hey sounds great right?) and I had the chance to use a bit of his time to catch for you guys interesting information about how to do sales in an American way!!

Alright let's admit it, working in hospitality means having the worst working hours ever.... ( those who has been through knows it). But a solution exists for those who wants to work in hospitality and have a normal social life: school kitchen !!
