Ok I simply had to share this story with you as I recently ran a 5-day immersion for a group of wonderful women who are ready to express themselves to the world! 

An important & much needed skill for sure. 

In doing this I shared a reality that is sometimes hard to process - when you do "the work" you're gonna have moments of WTF & WHY?!?!
