The New World of Work (NWOW) helps organizations to become more agile and the ability to react faster to the changing behaviours of their employees and customers. Hans van der Meer, Change Agent and Marketing Manager for Microsoft, Netherlands has worked for Microsoft for more than 20 Years. He is one of the initiators of NWOW and inspires companies and employees on how to adapt new work styles and to become more productive. He is the co-author of “How Microsoft Netherlands Reinvented the Way of Work”, published in Management Innovation eXchange in December 2011. He has helped Microsoft organization in the Netherlands to create its vision, strategy and execution plan for its future workplace environment.
