What are your goals and priorities? Write them down for each area of your life
What actions do you need to take on a consistent basis to achieve those goals (think daily/weekly actions)?
Find the non-negotiables: the things you absolutely need to do every day; the things that align to who you want to be.And the bonus step: don't let anyone or anything get in the way of your non-negotiables. Don’t compromise. Someone who is not a smoker doesn’t light up from peer pressure to 'just have one', so don't let other people talk you out of your goals.
