Want to reduce your screen time, stop mindlessly scrolling and feel more present in your actual life? Same, which is why I bought a literal Brick to physically lock myself out of my apps. Apparently, “just use your phone less” was not quite cutting it.
I create content online. I love parts of social media. I’m building a personal brand through it and I also think our phones are quietly stealing our attention, creativity, sleep and ability to experience a single unstimulated moment.
In this episode, we’re talking about:
• How to know when you need a digital detox
• Why checking your phone has become completely automatic
• The difference between creating, connecting and mindlessly consuming
• Why scrolling isn’t actually rest
• How social media comparison changes the way we experience our own lives
• Why boredom is necessary for creativity and intuition
• The connection between screen time, focus, sleep and real-life relationships
• How to stop scrolling without deleting every app and moving into the woods
• The realistic phone boundaries that are helping me reclaim my attention
This isn’t an anti-phone or anti-social-media episode. It’s about using technology intentionally instead of losing your life to it in five-minute increments.
Because maybe you don’t need more time. Maybe you need to stop giving every spare piece of your life to your phone.
A digital detox isn’t about rejecting technology, it’s about remembering that your attention belongs to you.

Can wellness culture actually make you more anxious? Between sleep scores, hormone health, cortisol, gut health, supplements, fitness tracking and endless self-care routines, taking care of yourself can start to feel like a full-time job.
I love wellness. I care about what I eat, how I move, my sleep, my nervous system and genuinely feeling good in my body. But we’ve never had more information about our health and somehow, we’ve never been more anxious about whether we’re doing it correctly.
In this episode, I’m talking about wellness burnout, health anxiety, nervous-system regulation, self-care culture and the difference between caring for your body and constantly searching it for evidence that something is wrong. We’re getting into self-awareness becoming self-surveillance, allowing health trackers to override how we actually feel, using wellness to create control and why pleasure, relationships and enjoying your life also count as health.
This isn’t an anti-wellness episode. It’s an honest conversation about recognizing when care has turned into control.
You can perform wellness perfectly and still not feel well. Your health should support your life not become your entire life.

Ways to Work With Me:
I use AI all the time which is exactly why I think we need to talk about it.
AI can help us organize our thoughts, research a topic, write the email and see something from a different perspective. But somewhere along the way, some of us have started asking it to tell us how we feel, what other people are thinking and what decisions we should make about our actual lives.
And honestly? AI isn’t it.
In this episode, I’m talking about the difference between using artificial intelligence as a helpful tool and quietly handing it authority over your intuition, judgment and self-trust. Because AI doesn’t know your life—it knows the version of your life you typed into a box. It can’t feel the energy in the room, understand every layer of your relationships or carry the consequences of your decisions.
We’re getting into:
• Why a beautifully written AI response isn’t automatically the truth
• How the way you frame a prompt shapes the answer you receive
• Asking for information versus repeatedly asking for reassurance
• Why we keep searching for certainty instead of tolerating the unknown
• The connection between AI, overthinking and cognitive off-loading
• What happens when we outsource our decisions and intuition
• How to use tools like ChatGPT without losing your own voice
• Why self-trust isn’t always knowing it’s trusting yourself to handle what happens next
This isn’t an anti-AI episode. It’s an honest conversation from someone who uses it a lot and has started noticing the line between receiving support and avoiding the discomfort of thinking, deciding and trusting herself.
Use AI to organize your thoughts, challenge your perspective and remove the busywork. But don’t ask it to live your life for you.
Use the tool. Just don’t hand it your authority.

Ways to Work With Me:
We have overcomplicated the absolute sh*t out of living a good life.
We’re constantly searching for the perfect routine, relationship, career, body, home or future version of ourselves as though happiness is something we’ll finally unlock once we optimize ourselves enough. Meanwhile, our actual lives are happening right in front of us.
In this episode, I’m breaking down what I genuinely believe makes a good life and none of it requires a dramatic reinvention. It’s about becoming a joy multiplier when someone shares good news, saying the kind thing while you have the chance, taking the call from your parents, putting your phone down and recognizing that these may already be the good old days.
We’re talking about:
• Celebrating other people without making their happiness about you
• Why unspoken praise does absolutely nothing for anybody
• No longer treating ordinary connection like an inconvenience
• Putting your phone down and actually experiencing your life
• Teaching your brain to notice the evidence that life is good
• Treating today like the good old days
• Participating in your life instead of constantly watching, documenting or trying to improve it
This isn’t another perfectly packaged self-help formula. It’s an honest conversation about happiness, presence, relationships, social media, personal growth and the small choices that quietly create a meaningful life.
Because maybe you don’t need another morning routine, wellness trend or ten-step plan. Maybe you need to celebrate your friend, call your mom, say the loving thing out loud and actually be where your feet are.
A good life isn’t something you eventually earn. It’s something you learn to notice and participate in, while it’s happening.

Ways to Work With Me:
After a long break from podcasting, I’m finally back and a lot has changed.
In this episode, I’m sharing where the hell I’ve been, what this quieter season has taught me, and why I now believe that living slowly is an act of rebellion. In a world that encourages us to constantly produce, perform, optimize and share, choosing a slower and more intentional life can feel almost radical.
But slow living doesn’t mean abandoning your ambition, lowering your standards or dreaming smaller. It means learning how to build a meaningful, expansive life without sacrificing your nervous system, relationships or ability to enjoy the present moment.
I’m talking about my evolving relationship with ambition, social media, creativity and success and how I’m learning to protect my energy while still pursuing the life I deeply desire. We’ll explore the difference between genuinely high energy and nervous-system activation, why slowing down doesn’t mean losing momentum, and what it looks like to create from desire rather than pressure.
In this episode:
I don’t want a smaller life, I want a life that feels bigger because I’m actually present inside of it. If you’re ambitious but exhausted by urgency, craving a slower lifestyle, or learning how to pursue your dreams without losing yourself, this episode is for you.

We don’t talk enough about this…
Your silence is costing you more than you think.
Not just in big moments but in how you show up every day.
In conversations. In relationships. In rooms you should be owning.
And especially… when it comes to speaking.
In this episode, I’m joined by Jordyn Benattar, founder of Speakwell, and we break down why so many of us struggle to say what we actually mean — whether it’s in everyday conversations or when we’re asked to speak in front of a room.
This isn’t about being “naturally confident” or becoming someone you’re not.
It’s about learning how to communicate clearly, speak with intention, and own your presence - on stage, at work, and in your life.
We get into:
Because the truth is when you don’t say the thing, ask the question, or take up space…
someone else will.

If you’ve been calling yourself lazy lately… this episode might change the way you see yourself.
Because what if you’re not lazy at all?
What if you’re actually avoiding the very things that would change your life?
In this episode, I’m talking about something I’ve been noticing in my own life and honestly, it might hit a little close to home.
We say we want more.
We say we’re ready for change.
But when it comes time to actually show up differently… we hesitate, we delay, we avoid.
Not because we don’t care but because stepping into a new life requires becoming someone new. And that’s uncomfortable.
We talk about:
This isn’t about doing more or being more disciplined.
It’s about understanding what’s really going on underneath the surface.
And honestly… it’s good news.
Because if you’re not lazy, if you’re just avoiding that means your life is still completely available to you.
If this episode hit, share it with someone who needs to hear it or send it to me, I’d love to know what landed for you.

If your life doesn’t feel bad… but it also doesn’t feel like you anymore - this episode is for you.
In this episode, we’re talking about the phase no one prepares you for: the in-between.
The part where you’ve outgrown your old habits, routines, and identity… but your new life hasn’t fully landed yet. It can feel confusing, uncomfortable, and honestly a little unsettling like something is “off,” but you can’t quite explain why.
This isn’t you being lost.
This isn’t you going backwards.
This is what growth actually looks like in real life.
We get into:
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, unsure, or like you’re in a weird middle space this will help you make sense of it and move forward with way more self-trust.
You’re not behind. You’re not broken.
You’re just in the middle of becoming.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
So why do you keep almost starting?
In this episode, we unpack the real reason you feel stuck in “almost” almost launching, almost committing, almost becoming the next version of you.
This isn’t just procrastination.
It’s self-protection.
We talk about:
• Why procrastination is often nervous system protection
• The psychology of self-sabotage
• Why pushing harder hasn’t worked
• The identity gap between who you are and who your dream requires
• How to build self-trust without burning yourself out
If you’ve been stuck in cycles of motivation, discipline, and frustration — this will make sense.
Because the issue isn’t willpower.
It’s capacity.
And when you build capacity, momentum becomes natural.
This episode is for the woman who has big dreams but is tired of feeling behind.
You’re not behind.
You’re building.

Ways to Work With Me:
We’ve been told that if we want to change our lives, we need more motivation, more discipline, or more willpower.
But what if that’s not the problem?
In this episode, I’m breaking down why focus, not motivation, is the real missing ingredient, especially for women who feel overstimulated, scattered, or stuck in constant self-analysis.
From a nervous system and neuroscience lens, we explore why scattered attention leads to scattered energy, why your brain defaults to avoidance when overloaded, and how clarity actually restores momentum. This isn’t about doing more or trying harder it’s about learning how to protect your attention, reduce decision fatigue, and become the version of you who can hold what you’re asking for.
We talk about:
If you’re done chasing hype and ready for sustainable momentum, this episode is a grounding reminder that clarity creates confidence and focus changes everything.
