In the first episode on Becoming Women, Holly and I discuss the pressures of performing at school, having inner-belief, what it's like growing-up with foster siblings and the lack of community in western society for teenagers.

Holly is the founder and CEO of Indigo Volunteers, a fee-free organisation that helps connect volunteers with refugee and community projects around the world. Before starting Indigo, Holly studied Psychology and worked as a full-time paediatric nurse. She is currently based on the Greek Island, Samos.
