I just returned from the most incredible two weeks in Kenya.

I'm not tired yet but I imagine the 8 hour time difference will hit me soon.

I'm choosing to hydrate and move my body, and then rest.

To allow an exquisite re-entry back into the day to day of life in the US.

I'm reluctant to say that I'm the only chiropractor serving in our chiropractic clinic in Kenya.

I feel it sounds like I'm alone.

But I'm not- I have a team. I have my family.
