In this episode Jesus rides in on a colt revealing publicly who He is! He also curses a fig tree out of love and grace exposing Israel’s roots and giving her time to repent. He teaches His disciples not to put faith in their own might, like Herod and the entire religious system does, but they too can move mountains by placing their faith in HIM as provider!

In this episode we will discuss the third time Jesus tells His disciples about what He will suffer and their insane response! Are we just like these disciples when it comes to ego, power, and position! We have to root that out! We will end the discussion by discussing a bling man they encounter on the way up to Jerusalem and see what we can learn from him. He may be physically blind but He sees spiritually exactly who Jesus is!

Lol. Human nature always wants to be the best! We want to be powerful and great. Jesus spends some time explaining that in His kingdom the one who serves is the greatest. It’s an upside down kingdom.

In this episode we talk about how Jesus was revealing WHO he was but how his disciples were still blind to that. We must realize that we can also be as blind and hard hearted as they were and humbly approach our King asking for sight to see and ears to hear!

In this episode we will discuss the Pharisees blindness. They elevated their own man made laws above God’s law. We do the same thing today! It’s called legalism. We will also discuss two healings in gentile territory. As the Jews grow in rejections the gentiles grow in faith. Jesus is definitely showing us he doesn’t use formula to heal and deliver. Each healing was to teach, challenge, and reveal something about God’s kingdom, faith and salvation to those who had eyes to see.

Today we talk about the miracle of the feeding of the 5,000 and the one of Jesus walking on water. Both miracles had to do with Him revealing who He was to his disciples! And they still don’t get it. This one got me thinking. If they are blind and have hard hearts then could we be blind heart hearted followers too? What can we learn to avoid this issue? Tune in to find out.
