I gave my daughter, Kyrsha, no boundaries when it came to the questions she could ask me or the thoughts and feelings she wanted to share. That was crazy… Crazy Well. Vulnerability, transparency, or as we like to say at Be Crazy Well — owning your sh*t.
I hope this inspires you to create an opportunity for radical honesty and emotional healing with someone you love so dearly. Someone you’ve hurt. Someone you’ve helped. Someone who has changed your life in ways you could never have imagined. Someone who has made you a better human being.
Even when we think we’ve shared it all, Kyrsha and I will keep showing up — again and again — because we are constantly growing, evolving, screwing up, and loving each other in a way that’s messy and magnificent.
Be Crazy Well with those you love the most.
Love,

His social media is “JB Ball for President.” If he was, that would make me sooo happy! Then Ukraine wouldn’t be the only country with a comedian for a president. I met JB at a concert in Santa Barbara with Trae Crowder. My daughter, Kyrsha, and I watched as JB instigated laughter at the “ah ha” moments of our own ridiculousness and hypocrisy. Before we sat and talked, we went downstairs to Craft Boxing and made sure we could both give and take a punch! We’ll let you know when we post “Powerful Punches between Comedian and Mental Health Coach.” For now, enjoy this profoundly wise and talented young man, who can make you laugh at yourself and enjoy it. I often struggle with the word abundance. Why do we want to manifest more than what we truly need when so many don’t have enough? Thank the stars that we have Matt Coulter, who manifests more for others than himself and expresses his gratitude for the opportunity to be a true servant leader. He understands the meaning of community. The Lakota culture has a saying, Mitakuye Oyasin. It means We are all related. Truly all related. Matt lives this connection in all that he does for so many. You can find Matt on Instagram @Matt523 and his amazing organization @Agents_vs_Cancer. Can also reach the website to reach out or donate now, just head over to https://agentsvscancer.org.

Blake Brewer, former MLB, Founder of Prime All American Baseball - I’m actually
getting emotional writing this introduction about my BCW Podcast with Blake Brewer.
Blake entered our lives when my grandson was battling leukemia…twice. Logan played
baseball on Blake’s kids’ team all through his battles. Blake’s caring, coaching,
friendship and baseball expertise was the best medicine for Logan and our whole family.
Bless you Blake Brewer.

We have always had snake oil salesmen and women, who convinced us they had the cure for what ails us. Now, we have digital filters, AI, ability to create fake images and words to deceive. It’s so hard to find safe people, who live by principles instead of flashy personality. Tim Rush Harrington is the epitome of the Phoenix, who builds their own funeral pyer, to rise from the ashes a truth sayer. He doesn’t share his recovery he shares his discovery, inviting those who have the courage to join him. Listen carefully, he doesn’t flash his jewels of wisdom, he quietly offers them like fresh baked cookies on a simple ceramic plate. Take one or two and be comforted by the compassion and grace in every delicious bite.

Kalvin Loves!
His dad gave all three kids nicknames and he was dubbed Spank. He reached out to chat and proposed a meeting at Venice Beach. As a mental health coach, I meet my clients where they are—LITERALLY. He’s a surfer who often sports tie-dye attire and goes barefoot. While much of rap music reflects the realities of street life, Spank uses his lyrics to express his vision for a world filled with LOVE. Thus, he has embraced the name Kalvin LOVE. I refer to him as the Oprah of Rap. Tune in as he opens up about his challenges, heartaches, wisdom, joy, and love. Follow @KalvinLoves and be inspired by his journey as he evolves into the man, father, husband, brother, and son he strives to be while creating the life he deserves. Love you, Kalvin Love!!
