  • How I Clean my Home

Hello! Thanks for tuning in! Today on episode 6, the first episode of February, we are discussing something we are all doing but rarely chat about: cleaning. Isn’t it funny to think, on a daily basis we are all somewhat tidying up our homes, but have you ever really told a friend about the probably specific ritual and order of how you clean the bathroom? However you ingest this episode, let’s dive into it more! Today we are going to:

-Stroll down memory lane of how I learned to clean

-Discuss the chores I do daily, weekly, and monthly and how exactly I do them (and the chores I am a little embarrassed to say I skip more often than not)

-Talk about my favorite cleaning products of all time

-And review tips/tricks that may help if you’re feeling too tired or too down/stressed to clean on a regular basis

-I will share about my career at Trader Joe’s and give some behind the scenes information, like what it was like to be considered an essential worker in a grocery store during a global pandemic, and what it was like to be hit by a car in the Trader Joe’s parking lot (yes, true story)

-And lastly, I’ll talk about my favorite project I did while at Trader Joe’s- SOCK TALK and I’ll talk about the secret project I did while at Trader Joe’s- stay tuned to find out!

  • Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026!
See ya later, 2025! This may be the new year episode, but it's not your typical discussion on resolutions. In this episode I chat my complex relationship with goals and the new year in general, how to set yourself up for things you want (whether it's January 1st or not), and give a farewell to 2025 by discussing things I bought and loved in 2025, things I did in 2025 that I'm not doing again, and things that surprised me in 2025 that I'm maninfesting more of.
