Bedtime Stories by Koala Moon is the award-winning kids podcast with 125 million listens and counting. It’s a calm and cozy treat at the end of each day, filled with original kids bedtime stories written by real writers and gently read by mother of two, Abbe Opher. Two new stories arrive every week, each one written to help children relax, settle and drift happily off to sleep.
Our stories unfold in the Koala Kingdom, a magical world looked after by the Koala Moon. Each night we visit a different corner of the Kingdom, from Koko’s cozy cabin in Sleepy Forest to Chill Bill’s mountaintop in the snowy Pillowy Peaks, all the way to the quiet beaches of Harmony Cove, home of Zen the pufferfish, who guides our sleep meditation for kids.
Along the way, children meet friends they’ll want to see again and again. There’s Koko, the star of the show, a kind little koala with a glowing moon on his backpack, and his younger sister Kira the panda. There’s Snaffles, a curious-looking fluffy yellow creature who collects odd socks, and Hector and Sunny, the doggy duo who love to curl up together after a mischief-filled adventure.
Our kids stories are about friendship, kindness and being yourself. Like all our calming bedtime stories, every sleep story for kids gets slower and softer as it goes, so even the liveliest imaginations are fast asleep by the end. Whether your child is four or ten, you’ll always find the perfect bedtime stories for kids, from fairytales and fantasy to tales of twins with magical powers, caring animals and the most curious creatures.
