Unlucky for some, not us, for episode #13 of the Podcast we were joined by the amazing Michelle Parry-Slater FCIPD FRSA FLPI and we had a fantastic conversation.  Michelle is the Founder and Director of Kairos Modern Learning.

Author of 'The Learning & Development Handbook', a Fellow of the CIPD and LPI, not to mention an award-winning forward-thinking Learning & Development Professional. 

In her spare time, Michelle is a busy Wife, Mum and volunteer Girlguiding Leader who is instrumental in supporting Girlguiding to modernise their own L&D offer.  

Michelle is such a wonderful and authentic human being and is a human-centred, kind, compassionate and generous leader.  It was an absolute privilege and pleasure to welcome Michelle to the Podcast.
