In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Danny Cohen to explore life, leadership, entrepreneurship, venture capital, consumer behaviour and why people remain at the centre of innovation, no matter how quickly technology evolves.
Danny is Co-Founder and General Partner at Sticker Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on consumer businesses within Israel’s innovation ecosystem. While much of the venture world gravitates towards deep tech, AI and enterprise software, Danny has built Sticker around a different belief: understanding people is just as important as understanding technology.
What I loved about this conversation was how often we returned to the people side of business. We spoke about entrepreneurship, founder resilience, consumer psychology, storytelling, venture capital, women in investing, brand building and the realities of starting again after decades of experience.
Danny shared his journey from being a partner in some of Israel’s largest venture capital firms to becoming a founder himself through Sticker Ventures. It was a reminder that no amount of experience removes uncertainty when you choose to build something new.
We discussed consumer businesses and why they continue to matter in an increasingly technology-driven world. As Danny explained, people are emotional, we connect through stories, experiences, identity and belonging.
Danny’s observation was on point:
“People are not the side dish. They’re the main dish.”
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from treating consumers as transactions towards seeing them as people. Danny’s perspective was a powerful reminder that behind every company, product, brand, startup and investment decision sits something technology cannot replace: human curiosity, emotion, creativity and connection.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Innovation begins with understanding people
✨ Consumer behaviour often shapes markets before technology does
✨ Entrepreneurship requires resilience, sacrifice and perspective
UNLEARN (Create, reimagine & reshape)✨ Reimagine consumer businesses as powerful drivers of innovation
✨ Create brands that connect emotionally, not just functionally
✨ Reshape how we think about success beyond titles, valuations and outcomes
RELEARN (Test & implement)✨ Build with story, purpose and human connection
✨ Focus on customer behaviour as much as product development
✨ Stay adaptable as technology and society continue to evolve
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)✨ Are you building for people or simply building products?
✨ What story sits behind the work you do?
✨ Where could a deeper understanding of human behaviour create new opportunities?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Luc Dochez to explore life, leadership, business, investing and the future of biotech through breakthrough therapies, genetic disease, patient outcomes and the responsibility that comes with allocating capital in human health.
Luc is Managing Partner at Droia Ventures, a specialist life sciences venture firm investing in oncology and genetic diseases. What I appreciated most throughout our conversation was that while we spoke about science, innovation and investing, the discussion continually returned to people.
We explored precision medicine, breakthrough therapies, rare diseases, leadership, conscious capital and what it takes to move complex science from the laboratory to the patient.
There was also a fascinating conversation around the transition from CEO to investor. I loved how Luc described it as moving from parent to grandparent, shifting from direct control and decision-making towards guidance, trust and stewardship.
For all the discussion around biotech, investing and innovation, I found myself coming back to something close to my heart and my family’s experience navigating my dad’s complex and terminal cancer. Behind every disease, every therapy and every investment decision is a person, a family and a future that matters.
Luc is one passionate and deeply dedicated person when it comes to improving patient outcomes and advancing therapies for those who need them most.
The Shape Shift in Motion
At the heart of this episode was a shift from treating symptoms to understanding causes, from investing for returns alone to investing for patient outcomes, and from leading through control to leading through trust, stewardship and long-term impact.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Leadership is not always about control
✨ Better outcomes begin by understanding root causes
✨ Meaningful innovation requires both patience and conviction
UNLEARN (Create, reimagine & reshape)
✨ Reimagine healthcare through precision medicine and personalised therapies
✨ Create investment models that support long-term patient impact
✨ Reshape leadership from authority towards guidance and stewardship
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build solutions around real human needs
✨ Stay focused on long-term outcomes over short-term noise
✨ Make decisions through the lens of those ultimately being served

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Kim Odhner to explore life, leadership, business, investing and the protein transition from the inside out through food systems, capital, human dynamics and the continuous cycles that shape economies, industries and how we build for what comes next.
Kim is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Unovis Asset Management, focused on transforming the food system through alternative proteins and regenerative food technologies. I loved how our chat moved beyond food alone into systems, cycles, infrastructure, culture, expectations and the reality that people, industries and economies are constantly evolving.
We spoke about the protein transition, why our current dependence on animal agriculture is placing enormous pressure on land use, and how food innovation sits inside a much larger ecosystem shift. Not simply around what we eat, though how we produce, consume, waste and understand the true impact of food itself.
There was also the venture capital current state of play, expectation gaps and the human dynamics underneath investing. Kim shared examples from private equity and emerging markets where misalignment between investors, founders and local partners created complexity that numbers alone could never solve.
We really did cover a lot; optimism, family, food security, climate, culture, interconnection and why solving complex problems will require a new generation of leaders capable of bringing diverse perspectives, disciplines and lived experiences together.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this episode was a shift from outdated food systems, misaligned capital and short-term thinking towards conscious investment, regenerative innovation and a deeper understanding of how interconnected our choices really are.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Systems do not stay fixed simply because they once worked
✨ Food choices are never separate from land, health and climate
✨ Capital can fall short when human dynamics and expectations are misaligned
UNLEARN (Create, reimagine & reshape)
✨ Reimagine food production beyond dependence on animal agriculture
✨ Create investment models that support long-term ecosystem transformation
✨ Reshape how we understand sustainability through regeneration, efficiency and conscious consumption
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Support technologies that improve how food is produced and consumed
✨ Stay aware of the real impact behind everyday choices
✨ Build with the understanding that economies, markets and people are always evolving

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Marian Barber to explore life, leadership, business, founders, deep tech, FemTech, mission-led growth and what happens when complexity begins to outpace alignment.
What I loved about this conversation was that it kept returning to a challenge almost every founder, leader and investor eventually faces. Not a lack of ideas, talent or opportunity, though the growing and emerging complexity that emerges as businesses scale.
Marian has spent her career guiding companies navigate that transition, from startup through to IPO, and shared powerful insights around mission, focus, execution and why the best founders are usually obsessed with solving a problem rather than simply becoming founders.
We explored the realities of startup life, risk tolerance, founder psychology and why building a company requires far more than a great idea. Marian spoke openly about the difference between wanting to be a founder and being driven to solve a problem that simply won’t leave you alone.
There was also a fascinating discussion around FemTech, climate innovation, food security, AI, women founders and the growing investment flowing into technologies designed to solve some of society’s most pressing challenges.
One of the strongest ideas from our chat was Marian’s simple yet powerful framework: Good. Difficult. Different.
Good. What is working?
Difficult. What is challenging us?
Different. What needs to change?
For me, this was a timely reminder as a founder myself that momentum rarely comes from doing more. It always comes from pausing, reconnecting to the mission, focusing on what matters most and having the courage to subtract everything else.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from complexity, distraction and founder overwhelm towards focus, alignment and mission-led execution.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ More is not always better
✨ Complexity often disguises itself as progress
✨ Founder identity is not the same as founder purpose
✨ Reimagine scaling through focus rather than expansion
✨ Create clarity around what truly matters next
✨ Reshape growth by aligning mission, people and execution
✨ Return to the problem you are here to solve
✨ Execute the next move exceptionally well
✨ Build momentum through alignment, not activity
✨ Where has complexity started replacing clarity?
✨ What needs to be subtracted, not added?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I sat down with Rob Neely to explore life, leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship from the inside out through trust, scams, identity, reinvention and what happens when founders stop following inherited playbooks and start rebuilding broken systems from a blank canvas instead.
Rob is Founder & Director of Securely, the award-winning fintech building payment and identity infrastructure designed to shut scams down at the source. What began as one final idea after retirement to solve trust issues between tradies and customers has since evolved into globally significant banking and identity technology now being discussed with reserve banks and financial institutions around the world.
Speaking from Mumbai at 4:30am, Rob shared the realities of building across time zones, scaling from Noosa to global markets and navigating the rapidly accelerating world of AI-powered scams, synthetic identities and digital trust. What stood out most was the continual thread around founder instinct, adaptability and seeing possibilities others overlook simply because they are too conditioned by existing systems to question them.
We also explored first-principles thinking, dating platform verification, data sovereignty, weekly strategy meetings, entrepreneurial reinvention and why some of the most important innovation happens when outsiders challenge industries insiders have stopped reimagining.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from inherited systems, reactive thinking and legacy playbooks towards first-principles innovation, adaptability and rebuilding trust intentionally in an increasingly synthetic digital world.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Blind trust in digital systems is becoming increasingly dangerous
✨ Legacy playbooks cannot solve rapidly evolving AI problems
✨ Founders cannot afford to move slowly in a world changing exponentially
✨ Reimagine trust through proactive infrastructure rather than damage control
✨ Create systems that solve problems at the source, not after harm occurs
✨ Reshape industries by questioning assumptions others accept as fixed
✨ Build with adaptability as technology evolves
✨ Surround yourself with advice capable of scaling your thinking
✨ Stay open to the sliding-door moments that reshape entire businesses

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Jess Graham on so many levels, from dogs pj's, women's rushing syndrome to exploring AI, agentic commerce, identity, discernment, human choice and what happens when discovery itself slowly starts disappearing inside an increasingly machine-led economy.
Jess is Founder of Banquet, a consultancy platform exploring the future of commerce, branding culture and human behaviour as algorithms begin making decisions on behalf of consumers before humans even realise it is happening.
We went deep into humanity: taste, sovereignty, sensory experience, embodiment and then asked the question whether we are slowly optimising away the very friction that makes life rich and meaningful in the first place.
So what then happens when AI agents start choosing products, brands and experiences for humans automatically, often without consumers ever forming an emotional relationship with the brand itself.. we get a beige society and AI starts eating the banquet.
There was also a really important point around AI ethics, safety and sovereignty, particularly for women. Jess spoke openly about the AI safety documentary she is currently producing and the growing concerns around bias, deepfakes, privacy and the lack of women participating in many of the conversations shaping the future of this technology.
I loved Jess’ reminder that life is meant to be experienced fully, not endlessly optimised, “Stop. Join the banquet. Look at the picture.”
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from optimisation, automation and passive consumption towards discernment, sensory experience, conscious choice and staying connected to what makes humans human in the first place.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Faster is not always more meaningful
✨ Convenience can quietly erode discernment and individuality
✨ Endless optimisation often removes the friction that makes life rich and human
✨ Create space for curiosity, wandering and serendipity
✨ Reimagine friction as something that can deepen human connection
✨ Reshape technology around humanity rather than endless optimisation
✨ Stay discerning about how AI enters your life and business
✨ Protect the experiences that make life feel rich and embodied
✨ Build brands and communities humans can emotionally connect with

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected on a soul level with Varun Chawla to explore life, leadership, entrepreneurship and venture building from the inside out through synchronicity, conscious entrepreneurship, energy, healing and what becomes possible when business no longer sits separate from the rest of our human experience.
Varun is Founder & Builder of Build3, a startup studio and launchpad supporting impact-oriented founders building businesses that better the mind, body and earth. What I loved about this discussion was what happens when founders stop building purely from social conditioning, external validation and extraction, and start building from alignment instead.
As we joined the recording, the clock hit 11:11, naturally leading us into a conversation around synchronicity, Carl Jung and the subtle signals that begin appearing when people start paying closer attention to life itself.
Before Build3, Varun had already built and scaled multiple successful companies, at just 38 years old, Varun was simultaneously dealing with serious health issues. What followed became a complete recalibration of life itself, leaving the company he had founded and removing himself from environments and energies that no longer felt aligned.
There was also a deeply emotional layer around grief, spirituality and the death of Varun’s mother during COVID and he spoke openly about searching for meaning afterwards, “The result of the journey is irrelevant. But having the ability to traverse this journey every day with grace is our privilege.”
There was this continual reminder that entrepreneurship itself is a superpower, and it can either be used extractively or consciously.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from externally conditioned success, extractive entrepreneurship towards soul alignment, conscious creation and building businesses that allow us to feel more connected to ourselves, each other and the planet itself.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Success without alignment eventually creates suffering
✨ The body often signals misalignment before the mind accepts it
✨ Entrepreneurship can either extract from life or contribute to it
✨ Create businesses that better the mind, body and earth
✨ Reimagine founders as energetic beings, not productivity machines
✨ Reshape entrepreneurship through community, wellbeing and consciousness
✨ Build environments that support the whole human, not just the business
✨ Allow intuition and intellect to coexist together

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, Paul Rubens joined me from his car straight after coaching tennis, to explore life, leadership, investing and business from the inside out. This became the perfect entry point into the whole discussion. We moved between sport, investing, business building and the emotional discipline required to stay clear when markets, people and conditions keep shifting around you.
We spoke about the similarities between tennis and investing, through the lived reality of recovering after a bad point, reading the conditions in front of you, adjusting without spiralling emotionally and understanding that one mistake, one market movement or one difficult cycle does not define the whole match.
Paul is Founder of Tamarack Investment Partners and has spent more than two decades building and scaling investment management businesses across Asia.
Paul explained the investor-manager relationships, institutional trust, market volatility and the importance of infrastructure, consistency and transparency when building long-term confidence with investors. Underneath it all was this continual reminder that investing is never purely analytical, it is relational, temperament and timing matters. Paul, noted the people who navigate uncertainty best are not the loudest in the room, are the ones able to stay clear enough to keep responding thoughtfully as conditions evolve.
There was also a fascinating discussion around Asia itself and how different markets respond culturally to uncertainty, opportunity and long-term capital allocation. Rather than chasing every short-term movement, Paul spoke a lot about patience, perspective and staying close to fundamentals even whilst broader conditions continue shifting around you.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from reactive decision-making, emotional volatility and short-term thinking towards perspective, resilience and disciplined leadership through uncertainty.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ One difficult cycle does not define the entire match
✨ Markets often amplify emotional reactions and fear
✨ Long-term trust compounds through consistency and transparency
✨ Create space to respond thoughtfully rather than react emotionally
✨ Reimagine resilience as the ability to reset after setbacks
✨ Reshape leadership through perspective, steadiness and adaptability
✨ Stay present with the point directly in front of you
✨ Build infrastructure and trust slowly over time
✨ Read changing conditions without losing clarity or conviction
✨ Where are emotions shaping your decision-making?
✨ Are you reacting to volatility or learning from it?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I chatted with Marcos Cevasco to explore life, leadership, business and technology from the inside out through animation, behaviour change, human learning and the future of frontline education in an increasingly AI-driven world.
Marcos is Founder & CEO of RogerThat, a Gen-AI training platform helping frontline workers learn how to do their jobs more safely, effectively and confidently. What made this discussion so fascinating was the way Marcos blends animation, emotional psychology and technology together to rethink how humans actually learn and change behaviour, particularly inside high-risk frontline industries where communication, safety and decision-making directly impact lives every single day.
Beginning his career in industrial design before moving into animation, gaming and visual storytelling, Marcos shared how studying Pixar-style character development completely reshaped the way he understood learning itself. Marcus has an insightful belief that humans naturally prejudge other humans, though rarely prejudge animated characters, allowing animation to lower resistance and create deeper emotional engagement and trust.
There's a growing gap between traditional workforce training systems and the reality of how younger generations consume information today, particularly across frontline industries where many workers have never had meaningful access to formal education pathways at all. What emerged was a focus on expanding understanding, opportunity and access through emotionally intelligent learning experiences.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this episode was a shift from static workforce training, rigid education systems and technology-first thinking towards emotionally intelligent learning, human-centred design and behaviour change built through creativity, accessibility and connection.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Humans learn emotionally, not simply through information overload
✨ Traditional workforce training often fails younger generations entirely
✨ Frontline workers are frequently excluded from meaningful education pathways
✨ Create learning systems that feel visual, adaptive and emotionally engaging
✨ Reimagine AI as a tool for expanding human capability rather than replacing people
✨ Reshape workforce learning around human behaviour instead of outdated systems
✨ Use animation and storytelling to reduce resistance and improve learning retention
✨ Stay close to real-world human problems rather than abstract technology trends
✨ Build systems that adapt to people rather than forcing people to adapt to systems
✨ How do humans actually learn best?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO & VC Podcast, I connected with Vaishali James to explore life, leadership, business and venture capital from the inside out through identity, inclusion, consistency and the deeper systems still shaping who gets funded, who gets heard and who is expected to stay small.
Vaishali is Co-Founder of Sangatna Angels, an investment platform supporting women entrepreneurs through capital, community and inclusive growth. What I appreciated most throughout this conversation was the calmness and grounded clarity she brought to topics that can often become reactive or overly politicised.
Instead of speaking about inequality through frustration, and anger, Vaishali spoke through lived experience. Growing up in a deeply traditional environment where boys were encouraged toward education and opportunity whilst girls were taught caregiving and sacrifice, she saw very early how differently women and men were conditioned to move through the world.
That lived experience now shapes the way she approaches investing, leadership and ecosystem building, with identity and consistency, playing a big part. Vaishali shared that whether you are building a company or building yourself as a founder, the external story and the internal truth must always remain aligned.
We also spoke deeply about the funding gap women still face globally and the reality that women are consistently asked risk-based questions in investment conversations whilst men are far more often asked about growth, scale and expansion. This really needs to change.
The Shape Shift in motionAt the heart of this conversation was a shift from exclusionary systems, fragmented identity and reactive leadership towards inclusive ecosystems, aligned identity and long-term change built through consistency, representation and conscious capital allocation.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)✨ Women are still disproportionately treated as risk inside funding systems
✨ Identity loses trust when values and actions become disconnected
✨ Capital allocation directly shapes who gets access, opportunity and growth
✨ Create funding ecosystems designed intentionally for women founders
✨ Reimagine leadership through inclusion rather than competition alone
✨ Reshape business identity through consistency between values and action
✨ Build communities that allow founders to grow through connection and support
✨ Bring lived experience into leadership rather than hiding it
✨ Create businesses that reinforce the same values internally and externally
✨ Where are outdated systems still shaping your thinking?

Flow Driven CEO Conversations.
Soulful High Flow Conscious Leadership™ in real life.
This isn’t your typical…
No pre-interviews.
No rigid scripts.
No rehearsed performance.
Just real, unfiltered conversations with founders, CEOs, VCs and leaders navigating the inflection points that shape who they become, what they build and what comes next.
Because behind every business shift is usually a human one.
We explore the shape shifts behind Leadership, Strategy, Business and Brand through the lens of the Bee Formless™ methodology:
Learn → Unlearn → Relearn → Active Recovery
What changed? What no longer fit? What had to be questioned, released, reshaped or relearned? And what did it take to move forward?
The conversations go beneath the polished founder story into growth, identity, pressure, burnout, reinvention, intuition, ambition, relationships, energy, uncertainty and the moments when the old form simply no longer fits.
It’s where Soulful High-Flow Conscious Leadership™ comes to life. Where commercial reality and conscious, human intelligence can coexist. Where Flow matters, without becoming another thing to chase. And where being formless creates the space for a new form to emerge.
Since February 2025, I’ve had 400+ conversations with founders, CEOs and leaders around the world, creating an ongoing source of intelligence around the patterns, tensions and shape shifts emerging across leadership, strategy, business and brand.
Formless is the space between the form you have outgrown and the one you have not stepped into yet.
These are conversations from inside that space.
