In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Ben Reed to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it really means to build growth with more clarity, discernment and less noise. What stayed with me most in this conversation was that Ben was not really talking about systems for the sake of systems, instead about the difference between being busy and actually building something that moves revenue.
Ben shared how RevyOps was born from a very real problem in the B2B world: too many founders and teams are spreading themselves across channels, content, campaigns and tools without truly knowing what is working. Beneath the GTM language, the RevOps conversation and the revenue attribution mechanics, what opened up was something much deeper. Growth is not always about adding more. Sometimes it is about seeing more clearly, asking better questions, and having the discipline to stop doing what feels comfortable when it is no longer serving the bigger goal.
Ben spoke openly about failure, humility and why he is actually grateful he did not succeed too early, because it forced him to develop judgment, self-awareness and a more grounded relationship with himself. He also spoke beautifully about Brazil, Ikigai and community, and how meaningful work and the right environment can shift your whole nervous system. It is built by people who know themselves, trust their discernment and create from a place that feels deeply alive.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from noise, blind hustle and surface activity, to discernment, meaningful systems and clearer truth.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ If you do not know what is actually driving revenue, growth becomes guesswork.
✨ Failure can humble you, deepen self-awareness and teach what early success often hides.
✨ Constant activity is not the same as traction.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Unlearn the idea that more channels, more tools and more motion automatically mean more growth.
✨ Reimagine RevOps as a clarity function, not just a technical one.
✨ Reshape success away from ego and into discernment, community and meaningful work.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build systems that connect effort, attribution and revenue so better decisions can be made.
✨ Ask better questions, find the real constraint and let the data reveal what is true.
✨ Use failure to refine your judgment, not to collapse your confidence.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you still creating noise when deeper clarity is actually needed?
✨ What are you doing right now that feels productive, yet may not be moving revenue at all?
✨ What would shift if you trusted discernment more than default activity?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Dr. Frumi Rachel Barr to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it really means to keep evolving when life keeps asking you to become someone new. What stayed with me most was that Frumi has lived multiple lives in one life, not because reinvention was trendy, because adversity, timing and truth kept asking her to move. From self-diagnosing Hodgkin’s at 24, to building businesses, scaling teams, coaching CEOs and now helping leaders use AI with more discipline and less fear, she has kept choosing growth over standing still. And perhaps that is why her line, refire, don’t retire, lands so powerfully, because for Frumi it is not about stepping away from purpose, it is about staying engaged, staying useful and continuing to build from experience, curiosity and what the world needs now.
What opened up in this conversation was not reinvention for reinvention’s sake, the deeper wisdom of knowing when something has run its course and having the courage to shorten the gap between knowing and doing.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from holding on too long, to trusting the pivot, using your experience well and choosing to refire rather than retire.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Reinvention is not failure. Sometimes it is the most honest response to what life is showing you.
✨ Trends matter, and knowing what is needed in the world matters just as much as knowing what you are good at.
✨ If the gap between knowing and acting stays too long, the cost usually gets higher.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Unlearn the idea that experience from a past life or career no longer matters.
✨ Reimagine AI as a practical leadership tool, not something to fear or hand off blindly to others.
✨ Reshape the way you think about success by asking what needs to start, stop and continue.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Use your lived experience as an asset, not something to leave behind.
✨ Build with systems across people, strategy, execution, cash and data so growth does not burn culture or cash.
✨ Stay curious enough to keep learning, especially when the world is changing fast.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you still holding on to something you already know needs to change?
✨ What part of your past experience may be the very thing your next chapter needs?
✨ What would shift if you shortened the gap between knowing and doing?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I sat down with Omar Ali to explore life, leadership, business and investing from the inside out, and what it means to invest with humility, humour and conviction in a market that still makes it far too hard for women-led companies to access capital. What stayed with me most was that Omar’s approach is not driven by ego or performance, but by relationship-first investing, meaningful support and the reminder that life is too short not to enjoy it along the way.
That mattered because beneath the numbers, the rounds and the returns, this conversation kept circling a deeper truth. Women-led businesses are still drastically underfunded, and yet what Omar sees in Astia’s portfolio is hunger, discipline, strong stewardship of capital and the ability to build with real intention. I also loved Astia’s commitment to reducing bias where it can, through its expert sift model, through feedback, and through backing founders not just with capital, but with governance, support and belief.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from biased gatekeeping and performative power, to relationship-first investing, conscious capital and real support.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Women-led businesses are still receiving a profoundly small share of venture funding.
✨ Doing good and building a phenomenal business do not sit in opposition.
✨ Leadership is stronger when people feel trusted, empowered and part of something bigger.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Unlearn the idea that serious investing has to come without heart, humor or humanity.
✨ Reimagine capital as support, stewardship and belief, not just selection.
✨ Reshape bias by creating systems that widen access, invite feedback and let founders evolve.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build with good governance, the right board support and investors who are aligned for the long term.
✨ Don’t be afraid to fail, especially in systems that were not designed equally to begin with.
✨ Back yourself, keep refining, and let resilience become part of the model.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you still taking yourself so seriously that you are losing the joy of the work?
✨ What kind of support or championing would help you build more sustainably?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with José Carlos “Charlie” Sarmiento to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it means to keep moving when the path asks more of you than comfort can give. What opened up for me was how many people stay on the wrong train for too long because stepping off feels costly or uncertain, even when they know it is not aligned.
Jose shared his journey from corporate finance executive to ultra-endurance athlete to founder of VTX Athlete, and how he sees life and business through the lens of an ultra. There are highs and lows, moments to run, power hike, walk, and moments where the smartest thing you can do is stop, refuel and reset. That feels especially relevant in leadership right now, because so many people still equate endurance with constant pushing, instead it's knowing how to manage your energy, remember your why and not lose yourself.
It also brought something else into focus, fear is not always the thing to avoid and sometimes fear is the doorway to where your power actually is. Jose spoke about fearing finance, then studying it, fearing the leap from executive life into entrepreneurship, then taking it, and fearing the scale of endurance, then building capacity for it.
The Shape Shift in motion
This conversation marked a shift from proving, pleasing and pushing endlessly, to building from truth, endurance and doing it all with heart.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Life, leadership and business all move like an ultra. There are highs, lows, recovery points and long stretches that test your why.
✨ What you fear can often point directly to where your next power lives.
✨ Constant motion is not the same as real progress.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Unlearn the belief that endurance means endless pushing without pause.
✨ Reimagine authenticity as taking off the masks, not performing what feels acceptable to everyone else.
✨ Reshape the old systems that only reward the visible top one percent and build something more accessible, sustainable and true.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Create non-negotiable blocks for what matters most and build your life around what you are truly committed to.
✨ Pause when needed, trust your intuition, and make decisions from the heart as well as the head.
✨ Use your past, your failures and your fears as material for designing what comes next.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you still staying on the wrong train because getting off feels too uncomfortable?
✨ What fear might actually be pointing you toward your next layer of power?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Buddhika Madduma to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it takes to build in an uncertain AI world without losing sight of the long game. What stood out for me was that Buddhika is not building from hype. He has been in AI when the world was not paying attention, and is now applying that same discipline to a problem many small businesses avoid until it hurts: the financial foundations of the business itself.
Buddhika shared how the company pivoted from enterprise into small business when it became clear the bigger opportunity was not in complexity, in solving a simple, painful truth at scale. If the books are not clean, the transactions are not recorded properly, and there is no real-time financial visibility, then growth becomes guesswork. His grounded mantra that nothing is impossible, and the willingness to keep going when resources are tight and pivots are necessary.
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from financial overwhelm and delayed visibility, to real-time clarity and more disciplined decision-making.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Small businesses cannot afford to treat financial visibility as something to look at later.
✨ The same core financial pain exists across business sizes, even if the scale looks different.
✨ Nothing is impossible, and it still requires commitment, dedication and discipline to make progress real.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Reimagine bookkeeping and reconciliations as something that can be automated intelligently rather than left as a manual burden.
✨ Reshape the way founders think about finance, from an end-of-month exercise into real-time visibility and insight.
✨ Create AI systems that work carefully, transaction by transaction, with humans still involved when context or judgment is needed.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Keep the books clean and current, because good data is what makes better financial decisions possible.
✨ Reverse engineer the growth goal, then use financial insight to understand what needs to happen next.
✨ Pivot when the original path is not scalable, and stay focused on solving the right problem for the right customer.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you delaying the financial visibility your business actually needs because it feels overwhelming to face?
✨ What is your current data trying to tell you that you may be ignoring or postponing?
✨ If you paused to really look at the numbers, what would need to change, simplify or be corrected next?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Amy Lynn to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it means to lead in a time when the old ways of planning, pushing and performing no longer seem to fit the pace of change we are living through.
I loved Amy’s reminder that intuition is not random, vague or disconnected from reality, it has structure and moves in rhythm. When we ignore that we often end up forcing timing, overriding our nervous system and trying to build from pressure instead of alignment. Amy brings a perspective that feels especially relevant right now: the faster the world moves, the more necessary it becomes to build the inner capacity to meet it.
So many people are still trying to map the future through rigid plans, constant doing and over-efforting, even while everything in them is asking for more space, more presence and a different relationship with timing.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from forcing timing and over-managing the future, from reacting to uncertainty, to creating the internal steadiness needed to meet it.
A shift from seeing intuition as something abstract or “woo”, to understanding it as a real form of structure, timing and guidance.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ The first half of this decade has asked many of us to go inward, heal, shed and strengthen our internal foundations.
✨ Intuition is not random. It has structure, timing and rhythm.
✨ More speed in the external world does not mean more force is the answer.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Unlearn the belief that rigid yearly planning and constant pushing are the only ways to lead well.
✨ Reimagine astrology, intuition and nervous system awareness as practical ways of navigating change, not escapes from reality.
✨ Reshape the way you prepare for what is next through more coherence, and less attachment to controlling every detail.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build around quarterly horizons, clear intentions and enough spaciousness to listen.
✨ Practice quietude, self-regulation and inner centering so you can respond creatively rather than reactively.
✨ Let vision guide you without becoming over attached to exact timelines, forms or outcomes.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where are you still forcing timing because not knowing feels uncomfortable?
✨ What allows you return to your own centre when the pace quickens?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I sat down with Marie Cheong to explore life, leadership, business and investing from the inside out, and what becomes possible when love expands your courage more than fear can contain it. What opened up for me in this conversation was how often we hold ourselves back from the very work we are here to do, telling ourselves the problem is for someone else to solve. Marie shared how becoming a mother to Finn shifted something profound in her, opening up a much bigger capacity for love, and what if she could build ventures that decarbonise the world?
I loved how Marie spoke about success, in years and decades, in the founders we back, the economy we help reshape and the planet we hand to the next generation. We also touched on something deeply important around women in venture, because as Marie said so clearly, once women are in the arena, the challenges of building are the same, and the gap so often starts much earlier in who backs themselves to step forward, who has champions around them, and who says yes.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from fear and self-holding back, to love-led courage and mission.
A shift from seeing climate as someone else’s problem to solve, to building ventures, teams and capital around the future we actually need.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Purpose becomes clearer at the intersection of what you are good at, what energises you and what the world needs.
✨ Love can expand your courage and loosen the grip of professional fear.
✨ Southeast Asia still needs growth, and that growth is still too tightly linked to carbon emissions.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ The belief that climate work belongs only to researchers, scientists or government.
✨ Reimagine investing as building missions, ventures and ecosystems that can reshape whole sectors.
✨ Reshape growth so it becomes less extractive and more regenerative for the planet.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Say no to paths that do not align and say yes before all the ducks line up when the mission is right.
✨ Be a sponge, because expertise can be built in service of purpose.
✨ Back founders who are willing to bet on themselves through setbacks, hard calls and long timelines.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)

✨ What are you choosing from fear instead of love?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Smiti Bhatt Deorah to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it means to build employee experience for the world of work we are actually in now, not the one many organisations are still structuring themselves around.
What I found most powerful was Smiti’s point that from an employee’s perspective, rewards and recognition, benefits, wellness, communities and feedback are not separate initiatives, they are one experience.
Smiti also brought a really important leadership perspective into the conversation through her own journey as a woman founder in tech. Speaking openly about the unconscious bias she came up against, where authority in technology and business was not always naturally handed to her in the same way it may have been for a man, and how she learned that while you cannot change every ingrained mentality around you, you can change how people experience you.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from treating people as resources to building a more connected human experience of work.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Employees no longer want only a paycheck. They want purpose, recognition, belonging and to feel that they matter.
✨ From an employee’s point of view, benefits, wellness, rewards, recognition and community are one experience, not a set of separate programs.
✨ When organisations create too many disconnected platforms and touchpoints, adoption drops and people feel more fragmented, not more supported.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Reimagine employee experience as something cumulative and interconnected rather than split across isolated teams and tools.
✨ Reshape the old idea of human resources, because people are no longer only being managed as resources and work itself is changing through AI.
✨ Create leadership cultures where authority is built through service, capability and trust rather than assumption alone.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build systems that let people move through recognition, benefits, wellbeing and community in a more joined-up way.
✨ Design for how employees actually experience work, not how the org chart says programs are owned.
✨ Keep evolving the business as you learn, because real product-market fit often comes through a series of pivots, not one perfect idea at the start.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where in your business are people still experiencing support as fragmented, even though you think you are offering a joined-up employee experience?
✨ Are your people feeling that they matter, or are they simply being managed efficiently?
✨ What old assumptions about leadership, work or even “human resources” are ready to be reset?

In this 1st in person episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, Craig Brown and I explored life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it really takes to build teams, systems and cultures that deliver. What stood out so clearly was Craig's belief that doing extraordinary things rarely comes from over-complication, it comes from doing a bunch of mundane things consistently well.
Craig shared the story of building Everest Engineering from the DNA of a great working culture, creating a place where people can do meaningful work, learn from one another and help customers solve the problems that actually matter.
What stayed with me was how grounded his leadership philosophy is. Good culture matters deeply, and it does not magically create financial success on its own. You still have to weave the whole system together.
So many businesses still treat transformation as a process change, a systems rollout or an operating model redesign, and Craig’s experience was a strong reminder that this only gets real traction when leaders do the human work as well.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from over-control, fragmented transformation and solving at the surface, to clearer systems, stronger trust and solving for what is actually needed.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ Extraordinary outcomes are often built through mundane things done consistently well.
✨ What a customer asks for is not always the same as what they truly need.
✨ Good culture matters, and on its own it does not create commercial success unless the wider system is working too.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Reimagine transformation as more than process, structure or technology change.
✨ Reshape the business around feedback loops that connect people, delivery, customer sentiment and growth.
✨ Create ways of working that fit the stage of the business, rather than assuming one model works for everyone.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Give people the right information and trust them to do the best they can.
✨ Build human-centred sponsorship into change so transformation can actually stick.
✨ Focus less on controlling the process and more on helping teams solve the real problem well.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)
✨ Where in your business are you solving for what is being asked, rather than what is actually needed?

In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Reece Griffiths to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and what it means to stay deeply ambitious without handing your inner state over to the volatility of what you are building.
What opened up in this conversation was a tension I keep seeing across founders, CEOs and next-gen leaders. We are still being sold a version of success that promises peace on the other side of achievement, while building from restlessness, fear and over-effort in the meantime. Reece spoke about the high performer path, scaling Deasy Labs, exiting faster than expected, and realising that even when the external milestones landed, the internal state did not suddenly transform.
What stayed with me most was his framing that acceptance is not passivity. It is an inner posture, the ability to meet what is happening without resistance running the whole show, and then respond from clarity rather than fear.
The Shape Shift in motion
At the heart of this conversation was a shift from building through fear and restlessness, to peace, clarity and inner stillness.
This is how that shift unfolded through the Bee Formless™ methodology:
LEARN (Letting go)
✨ External milestones, even a successful exit, do not create the inner peace we imagine they will.
✨ Stress does not only live in the company, the market or the boss. It is amplified by how we resist what is happening.
✨ High performance without inner awareness can keep us moving quickly while missing what we are actually seeking.
UNLEARN (Reimagine, create & reshape)
✨ Reimagine ambition and stillness as compatible, rather than opposing forces.
✨ Reshape acceptance away from passivity and into grounded, decisive action.
✨ Create an operating model where work itself becomes practice, with more intentional space, fewer frantic transitions and greater presence in the smallest moments.
RELEARN (Test & implement)
✨ Build from peace through deliberate cognition, deep work, retreats, field notes and strategic inefficiency.
✨ Use the volatility of the founder journey as training for surrender and self-awareness.
✨ Make decisions from clarity, not fear, and let stillness sharpen focus rather than weaken ambition.
ACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)

Flow Driven CEO Conversations.
Soulful High Flow Conscious Leadership™ in real life.
This isn’t your typical…
No pre-interviews.
No rigid scripts.
No rehearsed performance.
Just real, unfiltered conversations with founders, CEOs, VCs and leaders navigating the inflection points that shape who they become, what they build and what comes next.
Because behind every business shift is usually a human one.
We explore the shape shifts behind Leadership, Strategy, Business and Brand through the lens of the Bee Formless™ methodology:
Learn → Unlearn → Relearn → Active Recovery
What changed? What no longer fit? What had to be questioned, released, reshaped or relearned? And what did it take to move forward?
The conversations go beneath the polished founder story into growth, identity, pressure, burnout, reinvention, intuition, ambition, relationships, energy, uncertainty and the moments when the old form simply no longer fits.
It’s where Soulful High-Flow Conscious Leadership™ comes to life. Where commercial reality and conscious, human intelligence can coexist. Where Flow matters, without becoming another thing to chase. And where being formless creates the space for a new form to emerge.
Since February 2025, I’ve had 400+ conversations with founders, CEOs and leaders around the world, creating an ongoing source of intelligence around the patterns, tensions and shape shifts emerging across leadership, strategy, business and brand.
Formless is the space between the form you have outgrown and the one you have not stepped into yet.
These are conversations from inside that space.
