Sometimes we are the bad guy, and sometimes they are the bad guy. Every time: the friendship ends. This is an episode about a couple of my worst friend break ups -and why they hurt so bad.

Body dysmorphia is the WORST - and we’re gonna talk (and cry) about it. In the longest episode yet, I’m giving a more detailed insight to how I’ve struggled with weight and my size. Grab the tissues because it’s a doozy!

“Fat” is not a mean word. The only negativity surrounding the word “fat” comes from societal and media standards. I’ll never preach that you should be a certain size or weight - all bodies are BEAUTIFUL and DIFFERENT!!! We should, however, all strive to be healthy - however that may look for each of us. 🩷

If I didn’t get the help I needed after my last relationship, I might not be here. This wasn’t easy and therapy still isn’t a walk in the park. Therapy is hard and stressful. And it’s been so worth it.
